She dating a 30 year old he’s 30 late July and she’s 22 23 one Tuesday. He’s middle aged and she’s still so young

She's an adult. Even if she's been to uni, she's likely got a job and living independently at 23 or at least needing to be making her own decisions and mistakes. Let her go already. His age and the gap is not an issue.

middle age is the period in the middle of your life usually considered to be between 40-60. Id be unhappy if she was under 20 or he was past early thirties.

I was 30 when I met my now husband who was 21. We are now 45 and 34 and very happily married. I don’t think it’s an issue.

It starts at least in your 40s. It’s barmy to think a 29 yr old is on the cusp of middle age. I bet you won’t be thinking your dd is middle aged when she’s 29. You probably see your dd like a child still.

So he's absolutely NOT on the cusp of middle aged, people live longer on average now so the start is more like 40, and an age gap of 7 years now they are both over 21 is perfectly reasonable!!

After reading the title I thought you were going to say she’s 15 and he’s 45!! Realistically it’s a 6 year age gap! That’s nothing! They’re both consenting adults and as long as she’s happy and there’s no controlling or coercive behaviour let them crack on!

No one is denying middle age it’s just not 29/30, unless you are living in maybe the Tudor times. If you think that is middle aged then I guess you must be elderly?
