Count Binface has a genuine chance against Nigel Farage!

Sounds crazy but…

None of the major parties are competing…

Farage won Clacton with 46% of the vote…

If the 54% united together to vote for Binface, we could have the most preposterous election outcome of all time!

I reckon this could get some genuine momentum… all the other parties would LOVE this result, and even if they didn’t actively campaign for it, would surely quietly be gunning for Binface to win.

If you look on X under the Jeremy Vine show there’s a poll with these two, Binface is in the lead! 77% when I voted 🤣

mellongoose · Today 11:06

@LauraNordaI think a ‘joke’ MP is exactly what the country needs right now. A bit of light relief that cheers everyone up a bit, whilst highlighting what a thin skinned publicity hungry man Nigel really is.

I love our country sometimes!

Lampzade · Today 11:13

I don’t think that anyone should bother standing against him tbh

Sadly, I doubt that will reflect the Clacton electorate but it does show Farage that his cunning stunt may be backfiring - maybe not enough in his constituency in Clacton, but around the country. This is going to damage him and stick around whatever happens.

Jon (the man inside the bin) is very quick witted in interviews and highly intelligent. And with no party behind him, can say exactly what he wants. No party lines.

Wouldn't surprise me if he'll throw a couple of genuine local policies into his manifesto this time. Just enough so that Farage can't just say 'joke candidate'.

Then he'd win after forcing the by-election.

The upcoming Clacton by-election is projected to cost UK taxpayers over £275,000...
small change for Farage.

Vote Count not C*nt.

Is a joke MP really what the country needs right now?

No, there are too many of those already.

Is Nigel Farage not a joke MP? Spends all day doing Cameo videos for cash and accepting 5 million pound bungs instead of holding surgeries in his constituency or bothering to turn up to parliament. And now he’s resigning as an MP and standing again in the by-election that HE triggered by resigning?? All at taxpayers’ expense.

Count Binface can’t be worse

QuantumQuibbler · Today 11:19

If Binface was elected he'd have three years max until the next general election.

youplonkerrodney · Today 11:19

Come on Clacton, show the world that Britain hasn’t lost its sense of humour! It’s the patriotic thing to do!

plomh · Today 11:25

My DM’s friend and family live in Clacton. They hate Farage. It’s the lowlife who live in Jaywick that voted for him.

When the by election does happen, it will be the second time that Farage has been to the constituency. First time was the general election day.

BippidyBoppety · Today 11:28

I'm in a Reform area (wasn't when I moved here, and seriously I wouldn't have if I'd known what was coming). Richard Tice is my MP. This is what I had through my door in 2024 (leaflet should appear once approved by MN).

I hate what Reform stand for, and the division they create in this Country. Hate it.

A lot more than 'stopping boats' in leaving the EHCR. Terrifying.

And 'believers'? Holy shit.....

VoteForCountBinface · Today 11:31

I'm all for stopping the boats because they're dangerous and line the pockets of criminals.

In fairness to the people of Jaywick, it is an appallingly deprived area. I went once and honestly I couldn't have told you I was in England, it's like something out of the twilight zone. Huge levels of poverty and disability, huge levels of deterioration everywhere, very low levels of education and literacy... It's obvious why they feel completely left behind by so many of the main parties and why they'd be taken in by the snake oil salesman that is Farage who promises an Elysian future.

Farage man of the people v Establishment🤣🤣🤣he's very much part of it.
The flag hoisters are cannon fodder the extreme far right have always used these tactics.it was newspaper sales,stickers to spread the message now it's online but the message is always the same.

Totally agree, that’s exactly why we need Binface in power!

You took the words from my mouth.

Monty36 · Today 11:35

Please vote for Mr Binface if you live in Clacton.

The man who was educated at Dulwich college no less…..

They are listed on the Count's wiki page, they include bringing back Ceefax and nationalising model railways.

Those are mixed in with other policies BUT I do actually find the manifesto interesting in amongst all the jokes. It does point to some pretty good priorities - nurses pay, workable public transport and affordable housing. It’s not just a joke.

DjokovicsTowel · Today 11:37

The whole thing is a farce being committed by a criminal to avoid criminal charges

Count Binface winning would absolutely be the best outcome. He can't be any worse for the area than "Never There Nigel" and he'd probably actually try and do something actually

Havanananana · Today 11:38

As for "Farage/Reform vs The Establishment" a quick look at the leading lights of the party shows this to be complete bollocks.

Farage - privately educated multimillionaire ex-financial services;
Zia Yusuf - privately educated multimillionaire ex-financial services;
Jenrick - privately educated multimillionaire ex-lawyer;
Tice - privately educated multimillionaire property developer;
Braverman - privately educated millionaire lawyer;
Kruger - privately educated millionaire ex-journalist;

All claiming to be the anti-Establishment champions of the working class. Aye, right.

The "believers" sentence got me. It's fully 1930's Germany / US ICE stuff.

This is what Reform won on where I live, "stop the boats, stop the boats" - click bait for those that can't, or won't, see there are other huge issues. Ukraine have been at War since February 2022, what's happening in Palestine. No other policies highlighted but, hey - "stop the boats" -

Reform are pro-fracking too.

(edited to add - Reform on that leaflet referring to themselves "The Brexit Party" is nuts! The waste of ££££ on that nonsense)"

“Believers”?! Fucking hell, that’s dystopian. 😳
