Count Binface has a genuine chance against Nigel Farage!

Sounds crazy but…

None of the major parties are competing…

Farage won Clacton with 46% of the vote…

If the 54% united together to vote for Binface, we could have the most preposterous election outcome of all time!

I reckon this could get some genuine momentum… all the other parties would LOVE this result, and even if they didn’t actively campaign for it, would surely quietly be gunning for Binface to win.

Unless you live in Clacton then YABVU. Why would you relish the citizens living there having someone in charge who has no policies and would bring chaos to the area, just.to appease your dislike of Farage?

Not picking on you specifically but what does this Count Binface stand for? What are his policies?

Like us, you also have access to the internet and can look it up.

CBF is not about real policies he’s about distribution and protest. His policies are ridiculous because they are designed to point out the ridiculousness of modern politics and politicking

or are you just trolling us lol

There you go ...

Count Binface has a genuine chance against Nigel Farage!

Sorry but that's exactly what clacton has been dealing with the last 2 years?

At least Count binface has said he would physcally show up in Clacton

Is a joke MP really what the country needs right now?

No, that's why people should vote for Binface. Keep the joke out

Actually count binface does have policies!

Indeed. That's why I am baffled so many voted for Farage the first time round

Mumoftwoteenagers · Today 08:45

On a serious note - I have just googled and there are two main secondary schools in Clacton. Did either of them have a particularly popular and long term head? As that is who should be standing as an Independent candidate.

Headteachers have to be good at admin, good at organisation, care about education. Sounds like an MP I would like.

Having said that I understand why the other parties are not standing. Farage should not get the pleasure or kudos of winning for what he did. And he should face the investigation. Or quit properly.

ReplacementBusDriver · Today 08:46

Binface ♥️

This is one of the Greatest moments in our nations history 🫡

Larrythecatforpm · Today 08:46

I hope all the parties encourage everyone to vote for him. It would nice to finally have a non-corrupt MP in parliament. He’s a real person and he would do the job well if he actually got voted in, he’s said he would do his best if he did.

I feel for the people of Clacton, like the person above. For us it’s a joke but this shit show is their lived experience. Clacton is a great seaside town with huge potential, Farage is a self serving nasty coward who has treated his constituents with contempt. They deserve better than a man with a plastic bin on his head who says he’s an alien.

I honestly feel like Count Binface may surprise everyone with some great common sense policies

EmailsaysOOO · Today 08:47

Ha! Yes it would be funny..My husband grew up around there and was watching the news closely yesterday. I thought I heard him say late in the evening that someone from the Monster Raving Looney party would also stand ,Can anyone confirm? Can't see anything about it in the news now

Clacton already has a joke MP. Binface might actually do the job he would be paid to do.

Im talking of policies which are going to benefit the electorate of Clacton. On any level...

Well he’s capping the price of a 99 ice cream at 99p. That’s far more sensible than Farage’s policy of selling the UK to Russia and taking £5m bribes from crypto billionaires 😂

How do you know he’s not there already, in human disguise, talking to the people, working out what he can do to improve the area and what help he can give the communities. I think he’s going to surprise us all.

again, what has Nigel done in 2 years to help the people of Clacton?

quite frankly, if i was count binface, i would ask for a public debate and ask Nigel publicly to point to Clacton on a map....

Heylittlesongbird · Today 08:53

I think it would send more of a message if even count binface refused to stand.

I’ll be honest, I thought Farage had made a clever move yesterday, but he’s been rapidly outwitted by the other parties.

What has Farage brought to the area? (Genuine question).

Farage has just brought actual chaos to Clacton at great expense, having done bugger all for the constituency over the last two years, all because he wants to throw a tantrum over scrutiny of his questionable funding.

He has no redeeming qualities as an MP whatsoever.

All jokes aside, we do have a serious political problem in the UK with too many people entering politics for their own nefarious purposes and financial gain.

If we look at the reform councillors, the way they talk to other people is absolutely vile. The ones in Suffolk made a big deal about "we're not talking to the press...we won't answer questions from the public." they didn't even publicly announce any single policy yet still got voted in.

What reform haven't recognised is that to win a general election, you need to get people to vote for you who ordinarily wouldn't, and when you do get elected, you have to recognise you are the elected representative of everyone in your district, not just the ones who voted for you.

A few years ago, I saw Arnold Schwarzenegger interviewed on stage, and he was asked about being governor, and he said although he was a republican governor, he never lost sight of the fact that he was there to represent the people who voted for the democrats. He said the first thing he did was set up a cigar lounge (!!) near the capital, and invite everyone down to use it. He reckoned it was the time when he could sit and talk to other people one on one and ask "hey what are your priorities and how can I help you achieve them?" and then "these are my priorities, can you help me?" which shows how collaborative it should be.

My own local councillor voted for in May is a Tory. I didn't vote for him, but I already wish I had because his first priority has been to constantly go onto the local FB groups and introduce himself, saying "i'm so and so, i know many of you didnt vote for me, but I want to work hard and win your vote in the future...this is my priorities, here are my contact details, this is how you can get hold of me, this is how local council differs to district council..." even this morning, he's posted on the local FB page about a near miss for a young girl who jumped into the river at the weekend, with permission of her parents, saying "this happened on sunday, i'm already in touch with the council to put up more safety signs, thank god nothing happened and i want to make sure nothing does happen ever again"

as far as I'm concerned, THIS is the sort of man that should be higher in politics.
