Thought I would create a thread for all the everyday irritations that are too petty to share but get your blood up. Whether your oestrogen and agreeableness has deserted you or you are just generally feeling a bit pissed off with things- I feel it’s always better to get it off your chest. And in that spirit-I will begin…

I have a lovely relationship with Vinted (I buy too much shit on here) but it really gets on my nerves when people:

1. post photos of shoes with foot cheese evident all over the soles (ick).
2. soneone posts something with a stain saying ‘it will come out in the wash’. So wash it you dirty gopper.

Also ‘DH’ stop leaving your dribbling toothbrush and bog blocking shites in the loo for me to tackle. Fucking beast.

We're on holiday at my parents' place which is lovely, but DH is on a real gym trip right now which means DS and I are sitting here twiddling our thumbs most mornings until he gets his gym trip in. I know he, and probably DS, are happy to just chill out in the house all day but some of us want to do stuff and I did wish he'd got out an hour earlier so his gym trip didn't eat in too our time.

People who arrive after the yoga class has started. 6 of them one after the other today. Those sodding metal drink bottles which get knocked over or dropped during class. Seriously you can’t go 45 mins without a sip of water? Stick out the way along with your shoes so it doesn’t get knocked over. Stop repeatedly knocking the bloody thing over every week.
whilst I’m at it - for the love of god switch off you phone in class or leave it in a locker.

DH has just come back from the gym and told me this... a bloke today actually reserved a running machine by leaving his shoes on it whilst he went to lift weights barefoot. There was only half a dozen people in and no waiting for any of the machines. Its the Towel On The Sunbed mentality.

I was just thinking this is the gym version of reserving a sunbed.

@thenightsky i kind of hope that he drops a weight on his stinky/sweaty bare feet and gets a fungal infection…
although the latter would be unfair to other gym users.

My DH. And various work colleagues who seem to have no clue that I dont care about their life outside work or the state of the room that they have to clean. I work as a hotel housekeeper, the toilets are always full of shit, ditto the bins and the state of the room that gets left. Leave me alone to my own work rather than finding me, whinging about your shitty rooms and stopping me from your work. No, I dont want to see the 'artwork' left behind on whatever surface in the room YOU are supposed to be cleaning, I hsve my own to look at.
DH, I love you but as a woman in peri menopause, I dont need to hear EVERYTHING that floats through your head, have you tell me how great the sex was yesterday, (I know, I was there) or what the school will.say when we go to Disney next year and we take DD out of school, I will cross the bridge when I get to it. And breathe. Good luck to you all out there, may you have the strength to get through the day without setting someone on fire xx

Yes, YES! Fuckers. I was trying to get dinner on earlier and every time I turned around there was another one crawling on my chopping board, spoons, jugs etc.

Being woken up by next door talking too loudly on his phone (I had ear plugs in and we've moved my bed from against the wall because of his noise)

My DH being able to swan around doing as he likes while my brain is frazzled by thought of feeding kids, walking dog, laundry drying in the pissing rain and endless trips to buy food for the aforementioned kids who eat and eat and eat.

Still awaiting a shed from Tesco that was due on Friday.

My cousin always taking an age to reply on WhatsApp like days, you wouldn’t want to be dying. I appreciate she’s busy and has young children but her behaviour does tip the balance towards plain rude on occasion

Perimenopause and having a cold over the bank holiday. I've been awake since 4am coughing, congested and blowing my nose or having a hot flush. Am exhausted and fed up. Decided to stay in bed today, watching some cosy films and reading.

Companies using AI. Cross country rejected my claim for delay repay for last Sunday when virtually none of their trains were running. Because they used AI they rejected my claim. I've emailed them and have to wait for a person to answer
