There are roughly 200 reported rapes a day by men per day in average, many more unreported. The vast majority are British citizens. But we never see the outrage on that.

VAWG generally is enabled by underfunding of support services and lack of police and legal procedures to properly convict.

Well let me see here, the fact that the government from police to justice don’t give a shit about VAWGs. That the laws prohibiting sexual assault and domestic violence aren't worth the paper they are written on.

There has been a massive push on VAWG in recent years. It’s an incredibly complex area with many reasons why conviction rates might not be as high as you would like. It isn’t as simple as ‘more money needed and nobody cares’.
