Recently my ex changed his profile picture to this wanky AI generated image of him in the middle with a halo and two angels either side… he actually gave himself a halo 🤣 What a knobhead! Like he was Jesus 😳(He was a massive narcissist. My ex. Not Jesus)

I wouldn’t wish him on anyone but I do have a little inward smile on occasion when I see him pop up online. He was repulsive in the end after court, I had to learn to laugh at him as you probably did too after going through that shit. There’s nothing else you can do. I think the funniest thing was when he found out I’d remarried and messaged my DH on facebook telling him he knew where he was and would be there the following Saturday. My DH was deployed to Afghanistan at the time and I’d moved hundreds of miles away, I often wonder where he actually went that Saturday ha ha ha

Haven't RTFT yet, but thank you for this thread! I don't have anything to add, but some of these tales of your (quite rightly) exes have given me a good laugh on an absolutely horrible day. I like some of the insults and other terminology, my favourite being 'penismobile'! 😂

Just some of the many wanky things he’s done..

Set up a go fund me for a homeless man, to get him off the streets into a flat, he had his picture in the local papers and it was quite a big thing in our area. He actually spent all the money raised on his drug debts.

He also set up a charity during lockdown to help people with food parcels, again a big thing in our area, local papers etc. Once he received a rather large amount of funding the charity closed down within 2 days and he spent that money on himself.

Wrote me an email saying that because he paid child support (very small amount per month) that he was now my employer and I had to do what he wanted. We had just separated and I think it was quite the shock for him to realise I was now able to do exactly as I wanted LOL

My ex dragged me through the courts to see dd and ds

He didnt want the contact he wanted to hurt me

When he saw i was off doing my own thing in that time,he lost interest and it ended up in the courts again and a no nonsense judge cut off his parental rights

About a year later we moved and a few years after that we moved house again

He went mental at the thought

He stalked me and sent me a letter to our new addresses each time telling me I had to tell him our new address each time we moved as 'i have a right to know where my children live'

Same bloke refused to pay for his children as 'she'll only spend it on herself'

Kids are now adults and I moved away to live with dp

Last time I was back in my hometown,he tried to corner me in the street and tell me I HAD to tell him my new address 'as I have a right to know where my children live'

The 'children' are 29 and 28 and have had their own places for a few years now

He doesn't want to know where they are living-its only my address thats important

He had kittens when ds and dp came up behind him and told him to fuck off-he couldn't have ran faster to get away

He also tried to tell me to 'take dd's passport away as i dont want her to go abroad with her boyfriend'

Same tit goes away at least 4 times a year and dd was 26 at the time

He very much saw/sees himself as a suave sophisticated "man about town". Almost everyone of our age knows him as he worked in/managed most of the big bars in our (then) very popular town. He never had any problem getting a woman in his bed and it went to his head. He seemed to have calmed down when we got together (he was well into his 40's, I was in my 30's) but nope, as soon as real family life hit him, Nigel Havers was back.

He occasionally insisted on wearing this brown leather.....blazer? Thing is, he is now still doing it. In his 60's, amazingly over weight, T2d and is losing toes to it. Its all a bit sad, or hilarious depending on your POV......I may have peed a bit when he insisted on coming over and talking to me the one time I ended up in the same place as him and he couldnt pull a rotten tooth out of a dead horses head. I was looking, if I say so myself, fucking hot and he needed to reflected glory to try and make himself look desirable. My sister said "Oh Pyong, our cab just got here!" I love my sister!

There's enough differences in your post that I know it's not the same situation and we're not related, but my dad did something very similar (it was a registry office wedding with only immediate family invited, but he was still planning it all when he and Mum weren't divorced and it came pretty close to the wire).

Argued to win custody of our cat through our divorce lawyers. Added a couple of grand ££ to the bill. He won (I decided it was not worth fighting over), then the next day he gave the cat to Battersea shelter.

I never thought anyone could be such a low life but there you have it…

Never had an issue with my exes.

Had a hair transplant which he attempted to hide under a hat for 8 months whilst pleading poverty and saying he couldn’t afford to pay child maintenance for our children who he barely sees.

I have remembered something similar ish. Posted before about this.

My cousins MIL died after many years with an illness and disability. Cousin went with FIL to register the death and while he was there he booked his wedding to the OW he had, it turned out, had for years. Cousin is certain that he asked her to be there so she would tell his son so that he didnt have to. They lived in a house owned by his mother pre marriage and she promised it to her son to house him, my cousin and their two kids and give them financial security. Except FIL now owned it due to the mirror wills. Him and OW kicked them out and sold it. He made his son and grandchildren homeless in a very expensive area of GLondon and not a backwards glance. This was years ago. Cousins husband passed away recently and as far as I know, there was no reconciliation and I dont fucking blame him. What a piece of shit his father was. I hope him and OW rot in fucking hell.
