Disgusting neighbour

So my neighbour pees in his garden everyday instead of using his toilet his garden is right Infront of our front door I walked out at 8 in the morning to take my 7year old daughter to breakfast club and got a full view of his penis in his hand because he has gaps in his fence I did kick off on him and let him know my daughter was with me and he did nothing proceeded to carry on peeing so I've reported him to the council and they aren't doing anything about it he's also been reported to the police who still haven't done anything this was October it's now February I've been told by police I need proof but if I was to get a video or picture of him then I am at risk of going on the sex offenders register

Well if the police and council aren't interested in his disgusting behaviour, it'll never change unfortunately.

All you can probably do is avert your eyes when you walk past.

There doesn't seem to be any other solution unless you can get a few neighbours together who also might be bothered by it, and approach your MP together?

In my very first post I called his behaviour gross and then went on to call him disgusting just a few posts later...

You should have seen our garden. They dug huge holes everywhere and left so much shit it was a bio hazard. There was no way you could let a child play out there.

Putting men's urine in the areas where they got in was a suggestion. Nothing worked so we had to pay for pest control to catch them and kill them.

They may look lovely but they made a disgusting mess.

And you should refrain from making accusations before reading my other posts the spaces in the fence are large enough for anyone to see if the stand there or walk past multiple little girls play outside his house and obviously doesn't care because he carried on doing it knowing full well I had a 7 year old child with me it's actually gross the amount of people who are defending this dirty pedo because that's what he is he knows full well what he's doing and he knows he can be seen

No one is defending a dirty paedo. But we are offering some solutions that you seem hell bent on refusing. Why can’t you put a screen over the fence from your side so he can’t be seen through the gaps in fence?

The gaps run all around his fence I can't touch the other side of it because it's not near my house which means people can still see him including kids the play outside

It's long been a thing to "wee on the roses" and I have also read that the manly human pheromones can scare off cats, rats and foxes.

My husband pees in the garden sometimes because we only have one bathroom and if someone else is in the shower for a long time, he often can't hold his wee due to a prostate problem. I don't think it's that dreadful, is it?

Of course he's doing it to be seen.
There's no other reason.
The fact that children are in the next garden is his main incentive.
The police should at least talk to him and tell him this is not acceptable.
The council should send him a warning for indecent exposure and threaten him with expulsion.

The police should also do a background check on him and check his hard drive and smart phone.
He may have form.

Many years ago, my teenage DD was in her bedroom one summer afternoon with the window open, when all of a sudden she could here running water. She looked out of the window, only to see the male neighbour next door but one showering naked in his garden under the hose! When she told me, I contacted the police and a lovely PCSO went round to have a word with him. Apparently, he didn't think anyone could see him, despite being end terrace in the middle of a 1980s housing estate. Needless to say, to the best of our knowledge, it never happened again.

Not if it's the back garden but if it's the front in view of others someone should get with him before they use the bathroom

He’s doing it on purpose. I would report him for indecent exposure. Flashers often go on to more serious crimes.

If he were really trying to deter foxes he could pee in a bucket and then take it outside to throw on the grass. He doesn't need to stand there with his dick in his hand.

I've been feeding an urban fox for over two years - it hasn't crapped once in my garden and I have never in my life seen anyone standing in the middle of their garden pissing to try and deter wildlife - bull shit in my view - he's unhinged.

OP I think you need to escalate this so, complain to someone higher in the council, a more senior police officer and your MP.
This is v bad PR for all of them and a letter from your MP to them will undoubtedly result in some action.
