The goofy toad of toad hall-faced wanker

At least other countries have sexy right wing twats, why do we get him?

1.Please say his name as it is supposed to be said - farage like garage

  1. Please don't vote for him he's one of Those Guys - smug, sweaty faced supercilious thickies
  1. All his policies are gash

All other countries have sexy right wing twats? Confused ???

Weird thing to say @Designless

I really hope Farage doesn't become PM, and hope Reform doesn't get into power, but you're not covering yourself in glory by being nasty about him and how he looks. Kinda weakens your argument a bit ... That's the problem with The Left - many of them - they preach kindness and acceptance and all that jazz, then go on to be anything but kind and accepting themselves.

Slightyamusedandsilly · 17/02/2026 11:27

1 He won't be PM.

2 If he was PM he would make Boris look like Mandela by comparison.

The only thing Farage is good for is dodgy sound-bites. He wouldn't have a bloody clue and would probably employ Cummings and goings to do the job for him.

I think the OP is confusing politics with Love Island.

😄Hating Farage is now the cool thing to do.

What frightens me more is a coalition of Labour, the SNP and the greens. That will be the end of Britain. It’s already too late to save our identity, of course. As two-tier Keir put it, this is now “an island of strangers.” Immigration has happened on such a scale that it has destroyed any sense of shared culture or shared history. I don’t know how people have got the nerve to call Farage a fascist. The Left have imposed this change on us. That is fascism.

But it’s also a question of space. My home town (Colchester) is now so crowded I could scream. The roads are clogged with traffic, and the hospital is at breaking point. My local woods have been hacked down and replaced with two new housing estates, and we’re going to have 400 new homes built on the fields in the centre of the village. That’s on top of the 300 new homes already jammed onto some fields at the other end of the village. But no matter how many of these vile rabbit hutches we squeeze together, we always need more, more, more. From the languages spoken, I’d say at least half the people on those new estates were not born in the UK.

How is this post allowed to stand? Degrading a human being and berating their looks, this is hate speech.

You should see the OP's posts on the recent unpopular opinions thread.

A proper eye-opener.

Namenamchange · 17/02/2026 11:40

He’ll never be PM, he’ll leave, merge with another party way before that happened.
But who is there to vote for? They are all a lot of dross.

Rubyring444 · 17/02/2026 11:42

OP your post is offensive and lacks detail. Where are the facts for debate?

Saying "thickies" when your ramble is childish and immature frankly shows your lack of education. Indoctrination would be easy in this case.

Insulting appearance, have you looked at all the other MPs. Plus the key point is do a good job and be smart, not a model. Are you a 10 OP?

ZookeeperSE · 17/02/2026 11:44

JHound · 17/02/2026 10:53

I actually am interested to see if Reform will be a shit show and if they are a shit show whether Reform voters will take accountability.

Lol, guess you don’t live in Kent then.
Cos the shit show council sure isn’t being ‘owned’ by the Reform voters here - it’s still all Labour’s fault. Apparently.

Perfect 😆

scalt · 17/02/2026 11:48

As much as I can't stand him, we really will all be finished if we vote for political parties purely because we find the leaders sexy
In a way, I think that's how we ended up with Johnson. Not because of sexiness, or his principles (he never had any), but people voted for him "because he's so funny, he's a lovable buffoon".

RememberBeKindWithKaren · 17/02/2026 11:49

Sadly I think he's managing to come across as a serious and possibly wise choice to some..I caught the tail end to an interview on the radio and he wasn't anywhere near as rabidly awful as I was expecting.

Conservative voters are going to feel swayed. The long term plan to get earnings untaxed up to a £20k threshold is going to be particularly appealing.

What? What possible definition of fascism could apply to the three parties you've mentioned? I say this as someone with a degree in political science - nothing that characterises fascism applies to any of those parties. You're free to criticise their policies on immigration or house-building without resorting to completely nonsensical definitions...

I think the op is just trying to lighten the mood and seem relatable. Using humour (badly) to cover up nervousness at our descent to facism.

If they win, I'm leaving the country. As will many others.

I honestly think we already know, and don't need to test it at all. Has that lot ever taken accountability for Brexit and the enormous economic (and diplomatic) costs that have come with it? There's your answer.

I know it’s semi-rhetorical.

I see it with the pro-Trumpers who struggle to support everything he does. They keep blaming Kamala Harris for Trump’s failures.

I also know a man here who insists everything the Tories did that he did not approve of was Labour’s fault for “not being effective opposition”

Nevermind17 · 17/02/2026 11:56

DiySteve · 17/02/2026 11:54

Exactly. The right have fucked up that opportunity for most of us too.

I understand the sentiment but I personally wouldn't want to cede ground and make it easy for them. They'll be governing like it's only their country and the country of their supporters, but they will have to be reminded again and again that it's ours as well.

I would not immediately leave. My family and home is here.

But I do have a second nationality.

End of Freedom of Movement, in case the last 10 years have somehow bypassed you.

So, the EU then - that’s all you needed to say, without the sarcasm.

Other jurisdictions are available, of course.

But all jurisdictions require cumbersome visa applications and criteria. We had 27 other countries on our doorstep to move to with zero hassle.
