Tbh, my xh was a Muslim and used to wash it obsessively. After every wee, he’d wash it with soap and water.

I regularly used to get BV when with him.

Maybe because it was circumcised but I would hope all men would wash it with soap and bath water in the shower!

Soap definitely can cause thrush for men if it gets trapped under the foreskin. My ex-partner had this problem and the doctor told him to use unscented, pH body wash on the shaft and just plain water under the foreskin.
