He criticised NATO not specifically UK service men & women. On other forums these brave military have stressed how they have had to fight with inferior weapons, clothing etc. & I also have 2 family members who were on the front line. The UK has always had a shocking record on how we treat our service people & this government has to be the worst. By focusing on DJT's WORDS, Starmer, & his followers who voted for this, can now plough ahead with ACTIONS & prosecute those who were in Ireland during the Troubles. What next? Prosecute those who fought in the Falklands war as it was Mrs Thatcher that was in power? Nothing, absolutely nothing, would surprise me with this lot. We all know that those who gave, & continue to give their all, incl those who have given their lives, are heroes, nothing less. What a despicable twisting of the facts. Speaking about the allied forces who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, draft-dodger Trump said that they weren't even needed and that they stepped back and didn't serve on the front line.

On pretty much all the UK TV channels (obviously not GB News though), the families of service men and women who died and some of the veterans who received life-changing injuries in Afghanistan have told the media how disgusted and upset they are about what Trump has said and his utter disrespect and ingratitude.
