Knickers under pyjamas yay or nay

So wierd I’ve always worn pants, I’ve got adhd and I’m very sensory affected lol. It feels horrific to me to not wear pants, I have tried before in the summer.. all my friends are no pants though so it seems to be the normal thing is none 😂

Knickers. But then I don’t wear my pjs to bed. I sleep naked so I just wear them after me shower or in the morning before I dress. Wear them so I don’t need to change pjs daily

Nothing at all on bottom half. Haven't been able to stand a waistband in my sleep since I was pregnant. Nightie is perfect.

Knickers instead of pyjamas here. I get told hot in pjs, so it's knickers and a vest top.

why would you change your pjs every night just because you didn’t wear underwear? I never wear underwear to bed unless on period, so so uncomfortable. Wear loose pjs and nothing will ride up.

For all those people sleeping naked, at this time of year do you have the heating on over night? My heating is set to go off at 11pm and comes back on at 6am. If I slept naked I'd be cold.

And I always have to have my feet covered because otherwise the foot fairy might get me. If I wore no pants I'd be worried the fanny fairy might come a visiting

I am team undercrackers… but I wear PJs but only the top half for bed .
Still mooch about in clean Pjs daily but remove the bottom half in bed . Top half is fine if it’s t shirt style .. fleece or something similar, no way.

I'm not cold and I don't have the heating on overnight. But I do have a big down duvet and several heavy blankets on.

I hate knickers. Definitely no knickers at night, ideally no knickers at any time.

Lately I have seen quite a few women going about in tight gym leggings or those bummy shorts with obviously nothing underneath … wonder if they go home and don knickers for bed time

I wear boys boxer shorts (well they're not any boy's, they're mine I bought them for me from M&S but you see what I mean) in bed with a vest or crop top, a new pair every night. The stretchy, cotton boxer briefs designed for men or boys are so comfortable, so much more comfortable than any pyjama shorts because they don't have a central seam and because they're shorts they don't ride up or cut in like knickers can. Plus no VAT on children's clothes means they're cheap.

Well, I wear a t shirt and nothing else but yeah, big duvet and blanket on stand by.

Exactly this for me. I can’t believe how many people actually sleep in full PJs. I’d be way too hot.

In my late 60's and have slept naked for the last 50 years, even in our first house where in the winter it dropped below freezing inside overnight. If it's cold I throw another blanket on. x
