Knickers under pyjamas yay or nay

Knickers 100% of the time, I can't imagine going without ever...usually wear a bra in bed too most of the time.

Wearing something close fitting like knickers restricts the air flow, traps moisture and increases the risk of things like yeast infections. Most people wear loose fitting pjs so removing underwear does have its benefits. Like most things though it’s personal preference and just because certain behaviour increases risk the outcome isn’t inevitable.

Personally though I can’t wait to get the buggers off

Was thinking the same .. recent discussion was about penguin chocolate bars...seems they bourbon biscuits covered in chocolate...we all had to proof it by licking the chocolate off a penguin 🐧...small minds of a group of ladies who support and care for each other alot!

Generally knickers. Very occasionally when it is hot no knickers, but eventually I move to sleeping naked.

Definitely knickers on if I’m in pyjama bottoms mooching around the house. Who wants to sit down with the seam of the trousers riding into your vag. Getting into bed is knickers off though. I can’t bear pyjamas legs twisting and getting all tangled, so I’m bare below in a nightie

I only wear PJs out of bed so always knickers and bra.

If I’m wearing pjs for a while before bed - say 7/8pm onwards , I wear knickers and pjs. Then take the knickers off before bed, but I have very easy to wash and tumble pjs so change daily.

Neither. But when I did wear pyjamas when younger it was without knickers.

Knickers as I'm at the age where I need to wear a Tena liner at night.

However, just before I go to bed, I open the window and sit legs akimbo on the windowsill to give it a good airing out.

I wear socks... light sports bra... knickers and pjs in bed .. otherwise I don't feel right

I wear knickers if I’m wearing them around the house as ‘lounge wear’ but no knickers for sleeping. Though I rarely wear PJs in bed unless it’s freezing cold.

I wear my pj bottoms until I actually get into bed then just wear a vest or T shirt and knickers to sleep in. I hate having anything on my legs.

Depends how long you wear pj's for. I wear pj's for 3 nights - knickers the first two, then no knickers on the third night before they go in the wash. I realise that's a very specific way of doing it 🤣
