Knickers under pyjamas yay or nay

Ah ok, I don't really have many at all. If they're in the wash I usually just sleep in a bra and knickers which is apparently ALL wrong haha. After this thread I'll definitely be thinking about buying some more though lol.

I only wear pyjama bottoms for lounging, wandering around the house. In bed I only wear a t-shirt, no knickers or anything else

But it's only you that's going to know, or be able to smell anything if there's anything to smell. And tbh if your personal hygiene is good there's really not going to be much of anything to get on to PJs. I genuinely don't get why it's a problem.

I wear a crop top bra along with my knicks, under the pjs obvs.
The bra is coz I've lost a ton of weight and my boobs are like a couple of basset ears. Also one night the dog stood on my nipple and holy crap did it hurt!
Best to contain all vulnerable bits I find.😄

Because it's fine to just wear a pair of knickers. Just comfy pair of soft cotton knickers!! It's fine, really.

If I sneeze, I can often get away with just changing my knickers. Not my whole pyjamas.

I wear a nightie/ nightshirt precisely because I don’t want to wear knickers in bed. Also I move around a lot and hate getting my legs all tangled up in material. But if I did wear pjs I would have to wear knickers.

I was shocked when I discovered some people don't wear knickers to bed. It seems so weird to me. Often it's all I wear though as I hate the feeling of pyjamas/night dress in bed. Each to their own I guess.

I never find knickers uncomfortable, unless they were too small or cheese wire thongs. Cotton pants that fit shouldn't be uncomfortable or give you thrush!

Yes at the moment because I’m wearing thermals underneath my PJs as my room is very cold (loft conversions).

The school nurse came and told us not to when I was at school!

My dd insists on wearing them though - I only know because we’ve discussed it, she’s much older than for me to be aware of what she’s putting on under her PJs. So maybe the nurse’s advice is out dated.

No pjs! Clean knickers and t shirt even in winter. Don’t like feeling swaddled.
