Same! Everyone I’ve spoken to is loving it too . I basically have this conversation every hour when a new client comes in to see me 😄 ages 7-70 yesterday were delighted by the snow 😄

Yabvvvvvvu. My energy bills are going through the roof, my joints hurt, my skin is suffering, asthma has flared up and no amount of soup, or hot drinks or bloody sweaters is making any of it any better. I contemplated getting in the bath this morning just warm up a bit.

Roll on spring and the return of reasonable temperatures. If people were supposed to live where it was this cold they'd be wooly.

No snow but had to defrost my car this morning and the sea was definitely warmer than the air temp!

Give me 30+c any time!

Yesterday was horrid. Sideways wet snow all morning. Today has been lovely, freezing but sunny.

Frigging hate the early school run (she has to go for Breckfast club and we have to walk as would take longer to drive) rest of it I love.

Nope I love it too, inside feels so much more cosy when outside is frosty, I can break out all my winter clothes which are by far my favourite, and I love taking my dog for walks in the cold. I was thoroughly sick to death of the heat this summer so I'm glad we're getting some good cold to even it out.

Not only are icy conditions horrid to drive in, but also it takes ages to defrost my old car on the outside and wipe away condensation on the inside.

I add an extra 10 minutes to my journey time on ice days.

Unless there are economic reasons or they are regularly undertaking outdoor labour (which must be quite unpleasant in this weather), I always have difficulty understanding how so many people seem completely unprepared for cold weather. Every single year. It’s like they’re astonished they don’t live in the tropics.

No more faffing with the inside. Dry then out when it turns pink and you're good to go again.

As a disclaimer, we don't have snow here- except a smattering we can see on the hills in the distance. I love this cold, crisp weather. The only downside is having to work, when what I really want to do is wrap up warm and go for a long walk.

If it's going to cold snap like this I would like to see some snow. Alas, we live in the West Midlands, aka the only region of the UK that hardly ever sees a flake of the bloody stuff. Oh, but we got ALL the yellow and amber warnings for the downpour of Storm Claudia, whoop de friggin do.
