The cooler breeze is refreshing and the rain was needed.

No I hate autumn winter

MyOtherProfile · 06/09/2025 00:12

Yes me. I love the change into autumn. No more heatwaves for a start.

PiggyPokkyFool · 06/09/2025 00:14

Not much of a change here. We sat out until 9pm. I dread autumn.

The4teddybears · 06/09/2025 00:15

Missing the sunshine a little , but loving the fact that I can now sleep as it’s cooler

WafflesOrIceCream · 06/09/2025 00:17

Oh my god yes I'm enjoying the cooler weather. Autumn and spring are my favourite seasons.

kippersmum · 06/09/2025 00:22

I live on a small island in the far north west. Our highest temp this year was possibly 21c. Am I looking forward to months of bad weather and cancelled ferries? Autumn is certainly very brisk here. I would love for all the autumn lovers to come here with their stylish coats and boots for a weekend and see how others live

mondaytosunday · 06/09/2025 01:29

Oooo yes! Love that I can now use my duvet and no more energy zapping heat! Autumn is my favourite time of year.

ninjahamster · 06/09/2025 01:36

Oh yes. Window open. Cool breeze. Leggings.

lovemyaussie · 06/09/2025 01:44

My dog is loving it - her enthusiasm on her walks is contagious!

SinisterBumFacedCat · 06/09/2025 01:48

No, we cancelled our holiday due to illness, I feel like I missed summer this year.

Doingtheboxerbeat · 06/09/2025 01:53

I can honestly say I love all seasons but detest the rain. I have also just given up smoking 🤗 so I'm looking forward to not freezing my arse off outside when I need a gasper.
And sorry @kippersmum I do love my winter wardrobe 🫣.

narcASD · 06/09/2025 02:08

Yes I love it, it’s actually still quite warm here in the SE, we’ve had a long warm & dry summer and I’m glad to see the back of sleepless nights, constant sweating and feeling hot & bothered.
@kippersmummove?

Gettingbysomehow · 06/09/2025 02:12

I love every minute of autumn. Apart from the spiders. Autumn and spring are my seasons when I feel the most well, mentally and physically.

Nothankyov · 06/09/2025 02:13

Glad I’m not in the Uk anymore! Love the summer 🤣

Sorry love the seasons, no desire to visit your area in autumn/winter!

You don’t sound very happy there.

TheClaaaw · 06/09/2025 02:24

No.

Anononony · 06/09/2025 02:28

Na I'm cold, going to have to invest in heating oil next week!

The days are still mostly nice but needing a coat at night, and I've got out my oodie thing for the evenings (no heating atm until we get oil)

It's ok, but I prefer summer, I run cold! It does mean Halloween, bonfire night and Christmas are all approaching though, all of which I do love and am looking forward to

TooBigForMyBoots · 06/09/2025 02:30

Me.Grin

Proper difference between day and night. Proper temperatures. The light is interesting and the trees are amazing.

YANBU @zebrazoop.

XWKD · 06/09/2025 02:38

I love it, but I've been a bit shivery with a mild ear infection.

coxesorangepippin · 06/09/2025 02:43

Enjoying it, yes

TheGrimSmile · 06/09/2025 05:16

Yes, I love it.

MyOtherProfile · 06/09/2025 07:14

I love the rain- only partly because I am truly middle aged and caught myself commenting to my DH how good it is for the garden. Can't beat a good slosh through the park with wellies and raincoat on.

goingtotown · 06/09/2025 07:19

This Summer was too hot for me, I love the change in weather I can now enjoy my garden.

TheDandyLion · 06/09/2025 07:22

I usually love September it's the best time for camping but not this year it's been a bit too rainy.

Bridgetoo · 06/09/2025 07:23

I enjoyed sunny evenings but hated the drought, so bad for the wildlife. Feels like normality has been restored now we've had proper rain.
