Has anyone seen the video footage that totally proves Blake Lively was lying about her accusations of Justin Baldoni. Total Amber Heard vibes from this and it's scary to think how many cases that can't be proved have destroyed men's lives.

The negative press BL is getting is insane but ,seeing as there is proof this is exactly what he paid the PR company to do, not surprising.

He's an irrelevant nobody trying to make himself a somebody and how do me do that- by dumping on more powerful women

Like most things there are different sides to this story & the truth is somewhere in the middle.

That’s such a cop out and something that was said to a friend who was raped. Sometimes it’s simply right and wrong.

Very bad move releasing that clip, it proves nothing, makes him look manipulative and abusive by releasing it.

I don't really understand this narrative. If one person alleges something why can't the other side give their version? It's not manipulation to want to defend yourself

I watched the full clip and what really comes across is how unbelievably unprofessional Blake Lively is. Why is she constantly talking and giving him, the Director, directions? And then there’s the fact she completely twisted a small compliment between colleagues into a gross seedy moment to accuse him of sexual harassment. I’m so glad JB is fighting back. I hope he doesn’t settle. She and Ryan tried to destroy his career and they would’ve gotten away with it had it not been for Justin keeping receipts.

There is the initial alledged sexual harassment

Then there is the smear campaign

I don't know enough / read / seen ot processed all the stuff to comment on the smear.

However on the SH and video released i do have a perspective as a viewer

I did look at the video and it looks like 2 people acting scene about "falling in lust / love" which fits the film. I think the problem is that the acting improvised by JB does not fit BL choreographed view. So this is now SH in BL eyes. However if the scene had said "attempted kisses, caressing, etc" then there would have been a coordinator... and no SH. The video would plat out as is and that wouldn't be in the case

No idea if this is the only.scene called out in the SH case but in my opinion I don't think JB did anything out of character for the movie scene. Just very bad planning or bad judge of what is acceptable when Partnering on a movie and read BL wrong

It's all very odd and confusing... he seemed genuinely empathetic about the DV narrative and BL was "wear your floral's" and a bit tone deaf.

I don't think we will ever really know.

Seems very much based on one interpretation of actions ... 3 sides f every story and all

On the DV side, Blake went with the promotional angle decided by the movie company. Rightly or wrongly.

Baldoni 's sympathy for DV was a calculated move to 1. explain the rift between him and the other cast members(not just Lively) and 2. To garner as much support and sympathy.

One is , at worst stupid ,shallow and superficial, the other is at it's worst cynical and extremely manipulative, never mind using victims own trauma and stories for his own gain.

She’s not being unprofessional and giving him directions - she’s trying to subtly steer him away from unchoreographed and unwanted physical contact.

And “compliments” in this scenario are a bit like wolf whistles- are we to be flattered by them? If anyone’s being unprofessional it’s clearly JB.

And as for JB “keeping receipts” - are you 15?

He wouldn't have hired the PR firm that he did, who went to such great lengths to destroy her in the public image, if he wasn't trying to hide something.

An abuser always discredits their victim, often trying to get ahead of the game before they come out with their story.

He is the definition of a "nice guy" and I feel concerned for those who think his strategy that mirrors Johnny Depp is what... A coincidence?

He even sends his proposal and wedding letting everyone know what a "good guy" he is. It is creepy and narcissistic.

I feel quite embarrassed for people who say Blake Lively has “Amber Heard vibes”. Literally the same people were hired to smear both women and numpties have fallen hook line and sinker for it. I’d be mortified to be so demonstrably gullible.

Justin Baldoni is a creep who had to sign a contract saying he wouldn’t walk in on Blake Lovely’s dressing room, stop talking about his sex life and stop sexually harassing women. How does a video disprove that?

I strongly suspect JBs legal team are nearly all male, or certainly led by a man. It would explain why they think the footage is more damning of BL. I feel if a woman or a few women had seen the footage they may have advised against releasing it.

Amber heard had issues but I believed her. Depp is awful and was protected due to being a money generator. I think his career is over too now though so his vindictiveness killed them both.

In this case I think BL and JB are both arseholes. However, I think BL is being controlled by Ryan Reynolds. Two of his exes (Alanis Morrisette and Scarlett Johannson) have said he’s a controlling arsehole. Even Martha Stewart’s says he’s not a nice man. I think his meddling and controlling led to this situation.

I also think BL tried to use his power to get her way and it backfired as she didn’t bet on JB also having a lot of money behind him despite being an unknown.

Also re the footage - it’s SO hard to brush off men who are bothersome and I’d bet all women have tried to use humour and simpering at first to make something awful stop. I’ve been there; thinking “maybe if I humour and smile and pull away bit by bit he will leave me alone”.

It just makes me think “Yep he’s a creep” TBH.

They tried to actively destroy her and there’s real evidence proving that.

Lol but where is this evidence? Have you read the lawsuit? Anyone claiming that Justin Baldoni is in the wrong has not read his lawsuit or hers and it is extremely annoying.

I dont think it proves she is lying at all. It shows him as “making it up as he goes along” if anything, which lends itself to her claims he would kiss her and ask for sex scenes beyond what was in the script. I think he was out of his depth and chancing his arm with her and it back fired so he started a smear campaign.

Have you read the book? There is a lot of sex in there.
I can't begin to even understand the challenges that would come with acting and sex scenes so wouldn't like to comment on the case in either direction. I did always think he was sleazy but then I realised that was his character and once I saw a clip of him where he isn't acting I didn't actually find him that sleazy. Of course this does not prove or disprove anything. I'm not one to always defend the woman or the man, I hope true justice prevails whatever that may be

Not that I necessarily agree but the Internet seems to be completely, wholly on his side. This is the first place I've seen anyone suggest it doesn't reflect badly on her. All of the news articles about it are talking about how 'damning' it is for her case.
