Has anyone seen the video footage that totally proves Blake Lively was lying about her accusations of Justin Baldoni. Total Amber Heard vibes from this and it's scary to think how many cases that can't be proved have destroyed men's lives.

I don't like her, i get mean girl vibes. That comment about the bump to the interviewer was so bitchy.
But that video doesn't prove anything. And frankly that Justin guy seems like a sleazy creep.
But who knows. Both have got expensive PRs working away spinning their narratives.

It doesn't disprove anything. As for Amber Heard, c'mon everyone knows both her and Johnny Depp were abusing each other!

I dont think it proves she is lying at all. It shows him as “making it up as he goes along” if anything, which lends itself to her claims he would kiss her and ask for sex scenes beyond what was in the script. I think he was out of his depth and chancing his arm with her and it back fired so he started a smear campaign.

I saw it earlier today and didn't understand why it was news as it doesn't dispute anything she said! As others have asked, what do you think it proves?

She gets a lot of hate because some people haven't forgiven her for what she did on social media about Princess Catherine while she battled cancer. Or how she promoted a film about domestic violence like it was a Rom-com, while using the film as an aid to flog her booze and hair range. This was all before the "smear campaign", no one can blame these instances on JB.

Yes exactly. Focusing on one video, rather than the many accusations including walking in on her breastfeeding, walking in on her whilst she was getting dressed, talking about sexual acts and their previous pornography addiction in front of her even after she said don’t. It isn’t a case of different interpretations of what happened whilst the camera rolled. The legal complaint by Blake Lively describes a hostile work environment due to many incidents.

I've never understood how she can be blamed for the tone deaf marketing of the movie - there would have been a marketing strategy which would have included her wearing florals and encouraging groups of women to go together.

I watched the full clip and what really comes across is how unbelievably unprofessional Blake Lively is. Why is she constantly talking and giving him, the Director, directions? And then there’s the fact she completely twisted a small compliment between colleagues into a gross seedy moment to accuse him of sexual harassment. I’m so glad JB is fighting back. I hope he doesn’t settle. She and Ryan tried to destroy his career and they would’ve gotten away with it had it not been for Justin keeping receipts.

Proves nothing. She’s not perfect but I can’t imagine she would be progressing with this if it wasn’t true. Women never come out of these things well. He sounds like a sleaze.

JB hired an extremely underhand PR team to effectively destroy Lively's reputation. The texts between Baldoni and the publicity team were printed in an article in the NY Times. Along with everything already mentioned here, one thing that really stood out was the two women from the PR agency basically congratulating themselves on how the smeer campaign was going and then saying ' it's actually sad because it shows you how people really want to hate on women'.
This just sums up the whole misogynistic lot of it. I don't think Lively conducted herself brilliantly. Launching a hair care line and shilling her weird alcopops while promoting this movie was tone deaf but Justin Baldoni is a predator pretending to be on the side of women.

Very bad move releasing that clip, it proves nothing, makes him look manipulative and abusive by releasing it. There are shades of the Amber Heard saga but not for the reasons the Op thinks, it is about manipulation and smearing. Gross.

Amber Heard was treated absolutely appallingly by the press and time will show it. I’m glad Johnny still didn’t get his comeback, no amount of dragging someone else can hide the drunk loser he’s become. Paul Bettany is another one who got away with those awful messages.

I’m leaning more towards JB on this one but only time will tell. I have a very hard time believing JB could behave like this with Lively and especially her husband always hovering around. This whole thing probably has more to do with damage control than anything else.

It shows there was a lack of planning and communication prior to filming a scene that is very intimate. Her deflecting to "lets just talk" is fawning and a soft/low risk way of telling him no, she's not comfortable.

Like most things there are different sides to this story & the truth is somewhere in the middle.
