Has anyone seen the video footage that totally proves Blake Lively was lying about her accusations of Justin Baldoni. Total Amber Heard vibes from this and it's scary to think how many cases that can't be proved have destroyed men's lives.

So what that she dated these three men? It's people like you who are the problem. Thinking these people are Gods and Goddesses. PB seems ok, but you do know he is just a man who shits and farts like the rest of us? LD and RR are not good men. So why is it supposed to impress us that she dated them? Also don't be so naive to think that just because someone is soooooooo beautiful (apparently) they wouldn't be involved with someone for clout and fame and opportunity.

Believing someone wouldn’t do something because xyz their looks their fame who they’ve dated blah blah blah. Feeding into the narrative these people are a tier above everyone else

What have I believed someone wouldn’t do? Be a long term partner of Harvey Weinstein? Yes I do not believe Blake and HW were in a relationship. I also don’t think she is a tier above anyone else - I’d think the same if they were Blake and Harvey from down the local pub.

The anti Blake Lively/Ryan Reynolds PR machine has been out in force. Trolls got to earn their money I suppose but god it’s tedious, anyone with an ounce of common sense can see that most of these type posts make no logical sense, and some are laugh out loud rubbish. I seem to have hit automatic eye roll when I read them.

For one, he said, harassment claims Lively brought against Baldoni under California law did not hold up because the filming - where the misconduct allegedly occurred - took place in New Jersey.
"None of these acts or occurrences provides the 'substantial connection' to California needed to sustain Lively's sexual harassment claims," Liman wrote.
The judge also said Lively was ineligible to bring certain claims of harassment and retaliation because she was an independent contractor rather than an employee.

These are technicalities. The Judge didn’t say harassment didn’t happen.

It’s odd that JB didn’t hire an intimacy coordinator, especially given the subject matter of the film. If he had, it would have prevented a lot of these issues for both parties. Neither of them seem particularly likeable and they both come off as manipulative with the way they have tried to court public opinion. Whatever the truth is, this is unlikely to be helpful to their careers.

I did. And it’s a big win for JB. I’m not a fan of either, but Lively’s lawyers and Lively herself haven’t really done their homework here, have they?

It’s certainly a ‘win’ for JB when BL has 10 out of 13 claims dismissed by the judge.

If I was BL I’d be more than a little concerned that I have a lawyer problem.
