I find conspiracy theories really interesting. I have never ‘believed’ any of them, more enjoy discussing them and how likely it seems that they could be true. I also think it’s more far fetched to believe that everything we have ever been told or ever will be told is the whole truth.

Are there any CTs you believe in? Lead me down a rabbit hole please!

There are apparently some people who believe Australia doesn’t exist and those of us who claim to live there are paid actors. I did come across a flat earther here in Australia, I should have asked him if he believes Europe is real.

My “conspiracy theory” is that I don’t think people truly really believe in their own conspiracy theories. I think conspiracies serve some kind of purpose for them and that varies from person to person, depending on the nature of their beliefs or what’s in it for them. It seems like these days there is a range of conspiracy theories available for every single event and from every political angle. Every social and cultural group now seem to have their own conspiracies. There must be a benefit from doing so.

i was 14 when Diana died , I don’t remember her being very popular in fact lots of magazines mocked her , she had some very funny staged photos ,her at the gym then her photos with a surgical mask and heavy eyeliner then ending things with the doctor and moving in with the playboy , her death was a horrible accident.
if it was the norm to finish people like that , I think they would have done it to far more threatening former members like W&E .

as for MH370, it was so strange when it went from an international search to Australia calling if off suddenly , the only explanation is the wreckage was found but was agreed not to disclose anything else.

whoever killed JFK also killed his brother Robert.

I agree with what ppl said about glasses.

If i don't wear glasses for a long time, my eyesight starts to get better.

If i do wear glasses for a couple of months, and then i take them off for one day, I can't see a thing.

The glasses make my eyesight worse

But they couldn't stop you from interacting with literally any of the people (and there are billions of them) who received the vaccine and were fine, yeah.

There was a similar thread here years ago, and someone said that Jackie Kennedy shot JFK, and that you can see her hiding the gun in the back of the seat of the car before climbing out of the back to try to get help.

I watched the video of the assassination and once seen it’s difficult to unsee!

My husband a,glasses wearer from childhood says the same thing !

I think the glasses weaken your eyes, as they make your eyes depend on lenses to see

Diana was a very complex character and yes some papers were less than complimentary about her
It was after her death she became the sainted Diana.

I think it’s a biological fact that if your glasses correct your vision your eye muscles get weaker and your eyesight gets worse (if you’re prone to being short sighted). I’m -10 and Dd is -14. I wish these fancy new lenses which supposedly slow myopia down had been around years ago.

SuperflousHen I too dont believe in the moon landings .Even as a child ,I could never understand how we never returned .We watched a good film ,which showed how the moon "landing" could have been staged . It was a race to get there in the late 1960s. Also Dianas death was not accidental ,she felt she was being targeted. Covid not really convinced either way really

I have no idea, but I read the theory and for some reason it stuck with me!

They went to the moon several times but it was ridiculously expensive to get there.

You are wrong and people saying we already have the technology clearly don’t know much or read much about science. The China Manned Space Agency are spending a lot of money on it and this year shared with the world the high tech space suits they have designed to withstand radiation etc.

The government has been doing experiments on people where they remove half their brain. The main side effect seems to be that they believe Diana was murdered, 911 was an inside job and the moon landings were faked

The deaths of Stephen Chamberlain and Mike Lynch in freak accidents days apart looked strange to me.

There were also the Marconi staff deaths a few years back.

The most famous woman on the planet, she was unbelievably popular and a fixture of the front pages. Paps made their entire careers based on selling images of her.

The reaction to her death was unlike anything any of us have or will ever see.

Utter nonsense. The Covid vaccine is not 100% safe, nothing is. But is sure as hell didn't kill anywhere near as many people as Covid did.

I think it's a mixture of a lab accident and the live markets. The perfect viral storm which it's why it spread so quickly. Covid infects every part of the body and like the cold and the flu, it's impossible to accurately vaccinate for it. Edit to add that the first Covid vaccinations were a life saver and helped so many people worldwide.
