No you've only barely understood the very surface level of the argument.

Women aren't inherently demure, sitting inside etc. We are socialised by patriarchal societies to varying degrees. It can be very difficult to break free, especially in deeply conservative societies. It can be dangerous to break free.

Physical strength differences are inherent, of course.

Khelif is very nearly 20cm (well over 7 and a half inches) taller than the average Algerian woman.
