No level of coercive control would result in a normal female biting the arms and inner thigh of a 10 year old girl.

She isn’t under his control now but still refuses to give teeth imprint. Thinks the jury will see a DV victim and not the monster she is.

This says it all for me. No remorse and an assumption that everyone will believe her partner was a demon when she was also obviously inflicting sadistic violence on a defenceless child.

Let’s hope they have the life they deserve once tried and sentenced.

Joke, who will pay? Its an absolute disgrace.

It’s going to be legislation, was mentioned in the Kings Speech this year. Just needs to happen more quickly to protect children like Sara.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 14/10/2024 20:49

He lost it!!!!! No he didn’t tying a poor little girl to a hot pipe biting her and burning her with an iron is down right sick and twisted. Someone lashing out under pressure at the very end of their tether is losing it. What he did to this beautiful little girl was sadistic.
RIP Sara x

RickyGervaislovesdogs · 14/10/2024 20:52

Can’t read the whole story. So they inflicted so much ‘abuse’ that the child died, when was this discovered? No neighbours? They murdered her.

What are Pakistan doing anything about this? Is that where they’ve fled?

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 14/10/2024 20:55

Do Pakistan have the extradion (not 100% sure I’ve got that word right) Laws.

Councilworker · 14/10/2024 20:55

With children who are home educated, the school is supposed to notify the Local Authority if a child is withdrawn for home education and her education record updated. There should be a written notification of this from the parent. The council I work for checks health and social care records as well as makes contact with the parents to see if a suitable education is being provided. Then an annual check on the suitability of the education but the children don't have to be seen. Some parents are great and very open and welcome being put in touch with groups and other resources. Other parents will just send details of their education plans and refuse to allow visits by any LA representatives which are the cases that make me worry. If the child has never been in a school then we don't know about them at all.
In my LA we have seen numbers go up from about 120 to over 800 in the last three years. A mix of not getting school preference, anxiety and the relationship breaking down with the school.

I find that photo very uncomfortable. Especially compared to her school photo.

Dreadfully sad. Poor girl.

I have the same thoughts about the difference in the photos.

greenday16B · 14/10/2024 20:57

No neighbours

In some ways I can understand this, in other ways not. Nobody bloody cares any more. School shoul dbe a number one place of safety. I'm sure many of us would not notice a 10 year old kid going off radar. We are all terrified to draw attnetion to ourselves.

A quick google says no they don't.

So they would have to rely on the goodwill of the Pakistan government to hand over the children and as the children are being cared for by a grandparent in Pakistan with neither parent being able to care for them then the Pakistan government is probably satisfied that they are OK where they are. And in a way, they ARE ok where they are.

RogueFemale · 14/10/2024 20:59

@YourFunMember "that poor little darling was abused by those fucking ANIMALS shatters my heart."

Do not call them animals as an insult. Animals are far, far superior to these three worthless humans.

Cozzadelsol · 14/10/2024 21:02

There are so many things that make my blood boil about this case

  1. How can someone just decide to home school their child without any checks and balances, on whether the child is actually getting an education or whether they are covering up an abusive household?
  2. When these monsters are eventually convicted of torturing this poor little girl, why will they receive such pathetic sentences?
  3. How can a mother lose custody of her children, and they be placed with a man who has already been abusive to their mother?

I really hope they feel the absolute terror this little angel felt, every single day of their pathetic lives

Lifeomars · 14/10/2024 21:03

I began reading the coverage on the Guardian website which came with a warning about the content, got half way through and began to cry. The utter horror of what was inflicted on that poor defenceless girl was sickening. Her terror and pain are incomprehensible, poor poor little soul. I also feel for the police who found her and for whoever carried out the post mortem. People in those roles truly see the worst of human nature. As for her poor mother, I would struggle to go on after hearing what my child had endured.

StMarieforme · 14/10/2024 21:04

@TashaTudor I am so very very sorry that this happened to you. I hope you have been able to find some peace.

Liv999 · 14/10/2024 21:04

Horrific, cannot bear to read what they inflicted on her, such a beautiful little girl, some truly evil people in this world

CabraCadabra · 14/10/2024 21:09

Most children who are abused and killed are in school/nursery. This isn't a home schooling issue.

Lifeomars · 14/10/2024 21:11

Moulook31 · 14/10/2024 19:29

5% saying your are being unreasonable! Unbelievable.

That same thought went through my mind, unbelievable

Noodlepots · 14/10/2024 21:11

Absolutely horrendous. Yet another serious case review or whatever they are called now for people to ‘learn from’.
it’s not good enough. We need to train thousands more social workers.

dutysuite · 14/10/2024 21:13

heart wrenching, I feel sick to my stomach reading some of that article I had to stop reading because my emotions go from anger to crying. How can anyone do this. :(

Fucking hell.

What a monster.

He beat her up because she was naughty but went to far 🤯 FFS that wasn't a smack that was too hard. He shattered her bones, tied her up to a hot pipe and bit her.

What that poor young girl endured in her final weeks of life is nothing short of torture. I hope the previous 10 years were peaceful and not full of abuse.

RIP little Sara and I hope you're free of pain and suffering

He didn't bite her. It's clear the SM did. All the adults were involved for weeks before she died. Just horrific.

JemimaTab · 14/10/2024 21:16

It is a very tough read. One of the worst cases I've ever read. She must have suffered so much, it's unthinkable that people who were supposed to be caring for her did this.

Gummybear23 · 14/10/2024 21:16

dapsnotplimsolls · 14/10/2024 19:09

It looks like they're all blaming each other. I hope this doesn't mean nobody is found guilty. Bastards.

Nope.
All 3 will equally get the heaviest sentence imposed.
And bloody right too.

JudgeJ · 14/10/2024 21:16

Gummybear23 · 14/10/2024 18:19

Think the step mother refuse to give teeth impressions.
They eliminated the bite marks were not from the males.
All.complicit in this horrific abuse.

Edited

If she is on trial then she shouldn't be able to refuse to give teeth impressions or anything else, they should not be able to set the agenda.

Force her face into the teeth mould.

dutysuite · 14/10/2024 21:21

Yes I wondered how the step “mother” got away with not giving teeth impressions.
