It isn’t a setting option per se, BBC Pidgin is the World News Service’s West African site.

I can explain it to you. It's written in pidgin English, which is understood by millions of people. You have chosen to access the pidgin English version of this article and you do not understand it. You would be better accessing an English version of the article.
