Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

I have barely eaten due to first trimester sickness.
but I had.. hot choc, half a ham sandwich, some non-raw sushi, naan and butter chicken

Yesterday

breakfast: decaffeinated coffee with cashew milk, 2 slices Jason’s grains and seeds sourdough, toasted, with 3 hard boiled eggs and ranch mayo

lunch: cinnamon flapjack

supper: baked potatoes with mascarpone and cheddar and Parmesan, sweet corn, Aldi plant sausages (they were so disgusting but I was a guest so I made an effort)

Breakfast was porridge with walnuts and black treacle
Lunch is omelette, left over roast veg, tiger bread and butter (couldn't resist a tiger baguette in the co-op) and an apple
Dinner will be mushroom and spinach stir fry with rice and then raspberry tart (last of last year's raspberries from the freezer).

Jerk chicken tray bake with homemade chips veg
I'm on my first day of no caffeine and feel v tired!

I have covid so my current food planning is anything that requires zero effort so I've had 2 bowls of granola, a bag of chips and a cheesestring. I put Blueberries on tbe granola to make myself feel better...

2 slices wholemeal toast, scraping of Nutella.
1 apple
Pan-fried salmon (2 pieces), spaghetti cooked with chopped tinned tomatoes, an onion, garlic, chillies and courgette

Yesterday
B - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, tomato and white bread and butter. Black coffee
L - crisps and dips
D - shredded chicken starter and Thai curry and rice - fucktons of white wine!

Today
B - bacon and egg roll with brown sauce
L - Roast chicken, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, green beans, sweetcorn and gravy
D - two crumpets with butter and marmite - slightly less white wine.

Tomorrow
B - black coffee
L - homemade ham and split pea soup
D - pork mince lettuce cups

I was away for the weekend - back on the diet tomorrow!

I had a fried breakfast, several cups of tea throughout the day, then for dinner we went out and i had a goats cheese tart to start and a steak sandwich with fries. And then a slice of birthday cake, because today is my birthday!!!

Breakfast, porridge,banana, stewedrhubarb, pumpkin seeds, greek yoghurt
Dinner, roast chicken, roast pots and roast snips, carrots, purple sprouting, braised leeks, full fat real gravy.
Supper, cheese and crackers, large crisps, toms, bottle of red wine.

2x 1 hour dog walking (15,000 steps) and 2 hours bike ride 53km, hilly and v windy.

Love my retired life, hugs to anybody getting up for work tomorrow.

Breakfast was fresh granary bread with butter and honey
Lunch will be salad: celery, cucumber, peppers, grated carrot, walnuts, butter beans and cheddar, and an apple
Dinner is a big baked potato with tuna and broccoli and then raspberry tart.

B - green smoothie (spinach/banana/blueberry/apple juice)
L - peanut butter & marmite bagel
S - 2 oreos, handful walnuts, few strawberries
D - will be spag bol with grated cheddar
Drinks - yorkshire tea x lots, water, a coffee with oat milk & vanilla syrup

Yesterday I had...
2 rice crispy squares
2 coffees with sf monin syrup
Half a Waitrose pizza (I added anchovies and olives) with salad, beetroot, tzatkiki.
Roast aubergines and courgettes w garlic
Several sour haribo
French sugar biscuit dipped in pistachio creme (omg that stuff is amazing, like green Nutella!)
More wine...argh!

Today already had other half of pizza for breakfast and 2 hazelnut choc chips cookies!

Big mug of tea

Frothy milk coffee
Skyr natural yoghurt with blueberries and cinnamon

Slice of seedy toast with poached egg on top
2 cups of rooibos tea

Tonight with be roast mediterranean veg with roast chicken leg and grilled asparagus

Saturday:

Sardines on toast
Sweetcorn fritters, goat curry, coconut rice and peas
A Long Island iced tea
A pint of lager
Five cups of tea
A Diet Coke

Yesterday:

Smoked haddock and two poached eggs
A random handful of raisins
A few spoonfuls of cottage cheese that I realised needed eating before it went off
A Spanish potato and chorizo bake type thing that DP made
Six or seven cups of tea
Two Diet Cokes

Today:

So far, ham with poached eggs, some spiced stewed rhubarb, four cups of tea. DP's going out this evening so it's just me for dinner, but we've got loads of veg that needs eating and some chicken breasts so I'll probably make a stir-fry, or marinate the chicken and have it with roast veg.
