Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Let's all share our delights 🤤

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

Yesterday:

Coffee with oat milk, mixed nuts.

Cubes of ham and cheese. Cucumber, Celery.

Bolognaise (no pasta trying to reduce carbs).

Chocolate peanuts. Lots of water.

Bread, butter, crab apple jelly for breakfast
Lunch was a small fancy all day breakfast: sausage, egg, beans, lots of mushrooms, potato scone, toast and tomato
Dinner will be (I think) salad with peppers, cucumber, celery, carrot, tinned salmon and apple.

B: Porridge with oat milk, spoon of peanut butter, chopped banana, strawberries & blueberries, mixed seeds
L: Cheese scone with salted butter, homemade butternut squash & carrot soup with creme fraiche
D: Will be fish pie, with peas & spinach
Drinks - lots of water & tea. Maybe a glass of red wine tonight.

Am stressed and not hungry. Will eat something unhealthy for dinner.

Today I made spinach pancakes with greek yogurt and strawberries (always trying to eat more spinach as it helps with my energy)

Lunch - snack plate type thing with toast and peanut butter, a boiled egg, some grapes, handful of mini pretzels, and a chocolate rice Krispie cake that I made with DD at the weekend.

Dinner - will be a hello fresh aromatic beef thing with rice

lunch salmon salad followed by raspberries
afternoon snack - piece of lemon drizzle cake
we are having pad Thai for dinner tonight

Breakfast - shot of decaffeinated espresso aka whatisthepoint

Lunch - Jason’s seeds and grain sourdough, 3 slices toasted with 2 hard boiled eggs and lime and chili aioli, tangerine, beetroot juice

Evening - will be a baked potato with small can of baked beans, (drained and sauce replaced with as much habanero ketchup as I dare 🌋 🔥) a little 50% reduced fat cheddar, with a Greek yogurt and grapes or blueberries for pudding

Breakfast: Porridge with cranberries, honey, chia and pumpkin seeds and full fat milk
Snack: Bag of whatsits
Lunch: Mozzarella wrap with french fries
Snack: Toast with butter and lime marmalade
Tea (later): Cauliflower and stilton soup
Drinks: Three white coffees and an Earl Grey tea so far

Didn't end up having any salmon last night, crashed out early.
Woke up starving and had a McDonald's sausage and egg muffin (minus the cheese) and 2 hash browns. I realised you can add an extra one onto the meal for a pound so I couldn't resist!
Can of cherry coke
2 coffees with sf monin syrup
Cup of tea w 2 sugars
1 choc and hazelnut cookies

Think I'll have the salmon later, baked with sun-dried toms/ lemon w cauliflower/peas.

A small pink lady apple
6 bacon rasher crisps
Strawberry nesquik
Homemade flapjack
Small strawberry and banana smoothie with my son
Another homemade flapjack
Kimchi fried rice with a fried egg
Need to drink some water.

Breakfast- two slices pumpkin seed toast with avocado and cheese.
Americano.

Lunch- tomato soup and garlic bread.

Dinner- lasagne and beetroot salad.

Snack- half a banana and a cookie.

Yesterday. A coffee and two teas. With about half a teaspoon of milk.
two small pieces of manchego cheese
half a big pot of cottage cheese with roasted edamame beans.
a baked potato with tuna and sweetcorn and coleslaw
a beer
a Diet Pepsi

Today. An egg mayo sandwich and some spag Bol. A coffee and two teas.

not great really better go and have an apple or something.

Today:
Porridge with blueberries and ground seeds.
Ham and baby spinach sandwich with a spoon of coleslaw in it.
Salad (Tomato, peppers, cucumber, celery) plus a ham & mushroom tagliatelle ready meal.
Snacks: a Peparami and a piece of feta

4/5 cups of tea and loads of water.

I find it fascinating seeing what people eat. I'm very much a creature of habit; there's very little food I don't enjoy but somehow seem to end up eating the same things most weeks, so interesting to see others' menus.

Gosh I feel like I eat loads!

Brekkie is 2 scrambled eggs and half an avo
AM snacks are blueberries, rice cakes with peanut butter and two hard boiled eggs
Lunch home made chicken veg soup
Pm snacks is celery with peanut butter, cashews
Dinner - cod fillets cooked in stock with broccoli and green beans

In my defense I cycle 4 miles to work and 4 miles back so feel I need the energy!

L Wholegrain seed bread, cheese and beetroot sandwich. Cup of black coffee

D Wholemeal lasagna with chorizo ragu sauce, mushrooms and grated courgettes.

I've been quite good today.

L salad of mixed Les es, watercress, Roquefort, baked beetroot, cherry tomatoes, sourdough

D salmon fillet, asparagus, tenderstem broccoli, raspberries, blueberries, tbsp yogurt, 1 square dark chocolate.

S Apple

Milk in coffee.

B - Almond croissant
L - picky lunch, breadsticks and cream cheese, crisps, grapes and a wagon wheel
D - tandoori style chicken on a flatbread with chutney and yoghurt, side salad and a few little roasted new potatoes.

Today:

Overnight oats with mango and chia seeds.

Spicy instant noodles cooked with spinach leaves and 2 fried eggs on top.

4 small chocolate wafers.

Stir fry teriyaki prawns and cashew nuts with cabbage, carrots, peppers etc.

Apple & rhubarb crumble (home made at the weekend) with custard.

Breakfast - high protein yogurt
Lunch - coconut chicken curry and rice, another yogurt
Dinner - rice, dal, marinated chicken drumstick, salad
Extras - a packet of minstrels, a kitkat, a crunchie bar and an apple.

I'm still hungry!
