Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

I just had a massive salad, lol.
Roast veg, beetroot, olives, lettuce, spring onions, cucumber, tzatziki, feta, hummus and pitta.

Can't believe I'm still hungry but might have baked salmon with lemon in a bit.

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with milk, several cups of tea
Snacks during day 2 hardboiled eggs and two tangerines
Lunch - ham and mustard sandwich. Cheese and onion crisps (Seabrooks)
Tea - leftover musakhan (chicken, onions, sumac etc served on mini pittas) and salad. Mint club. Diet coke.
Additionally many cups of tea at work during the day

I’m trying to get myself in to a ketogenic frothy state, you know beach body ready, so have been fasting for 48 hours. I’m quite feral at this point. Or should it be rabid?

May have a tequila with fresh lime to calm everyone else nerves. Don’t suppose that counts though.

Yesterday:
2 chicken sausages, 2 poached eggs, grilled tomato
Homemade tomato soup with cannellini beans and fresh chillis
Homemade veg chilli with brown rice
Snacks: Handful of blueberries and half a banana

At least 5 cups of tea and 5 glasses of water, plus 2 glasses of red with dinner

Today:
Porridge with blueberries and ground seeds
Spinach, tomatoes, peppers, etc. with feta cheese and ham
Stir fried chicken with onion, mange tout, peppers, mushrooms and brown rice
Snacks: A peperami. A dark chocolate Tunnock's caramel wafer

Loads of tea and water

B - Omelette with cheese and onion
L - Sandwich on brown sourdiughwith tuna, lettuce, onion grated cheese and mayo
Packer of onion rings
D- Steak with mushrooms, onions and pepper sauce.

One cup of tea, a can of orange and water to drunk.

Breakfast- Golden syrup porridge
1 cup coffee
Lunch - Honeyed root veg soup & 2 slice bread
Dinner- Mash, Richmond meat free sausages, broccoli, carrots, sprouts & onion gravy.

Yesterday (Sunday):
Roast dinner, cooked by my grandmother.
Takeaway Chasseur burger and chips.
Chocolate bar.

(was incredibly hungover)

Today:
Salad sandwich and pop chips for lunch.
Chicken goujons and egg salad for dinner.

D- veggie burgers, oven chips and broccoli and cauliflower

Multiple coffees for breakfast (never been a breakfast person), homemade pea and ham soup and grapes for lunch, sausage and lentil casserole for dinner, half a toasted muffin.

Cherries, blueberries and strawberries with muesli, added various nuts and seeds, all mixed with Greek yogurt.
Small chocolate covered wafer bar.
Pork meatballs with Moroccan sauce and rice.
One square dark chocolate.
3 mugs of tea and 2 of coffee.
Now having a small glass of Cabernet.

Breakfast - 1 banana
Lunch - some little round cheese biscuits & a hard boiled egg with a blob of salad cream.
Snack - a ripped off bit of a slice of white sliced bread, smidge of butter & blob of salad cream.
Tea - veggie risotto.

3x babybel cheeses (over the course of the day)
Breakfast - A raspberry protein yogurt
Lunch - A ham sandwich on wholemeal bread
One garibaldi biscuit
Dinner - 2 slices of toasted protein bread, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 fries eggs and baked beans.
One cup of coffee with milk, 2 black coffees and 2 cups of tea. 2 litres water.

A "thin" cracker with some home made egg dip (boiled egg smashed, mayo, greek yogurt and spicy sauce)

1 coffee and 1 biscuit

Shocking day of food for me!

Breakfast - 2 coffees

Lunch - Pasta n sauce pot (rank), pea snacks

Snack - Thai sweet chilli sensations

Dinner - pulled BBQ chicken, with rice, salad and avocado

Pudding - handful of Drumstick squashes and 3/4 bottle of wine!

Grapes and orange segments with skyer natural yogurt.

Wrap with salad, cheese, avocado. An apple.

Macaroni cheese with kale and broccoli and a few pieces of air fried tofu.

A couple of dark chocolate covered dates.

Tea, coffee and water.
