Please share your daily meals again! Chateaubriand or pot noodle, eat like a bird, eat like a queen?

Let's all share our delights 🤤

Yesterday mine was..
2 almond and fig cookies (homemade, gf)
2 coffees with monin syrup
Baked chicken with potatoes, carrots, peppers, garlic, onions. And cauliflower and peas.
4 glasses white wine, ooops?!

B - Almond croissant
L - picky lunch, breadsticks and cream cheese, crisps, grapes and a wagon wheel
D - tandoori style chicken on a flatbread with chutney and yoghurt, side salad and a few little roasted new potatoes.

That’s a perfect food day 😊

Breakfast: bread, butter and blackberry jelly
Lunch: cheese and onion flan, cucumber, celery, few white kidney beans, home made piccalilli
Dinner: carrot soup, chocolate sponge and gooseberries.

B: Cup of tea
L: 2 x cheese scones with salted butter (heaven), homemade butternut squash & carrot soup, tunnocks tea cake
D: Will be tuna pasta bake & salad
Lots more tea & water through the day, & may as well finish off the bottle of red I've got on the go, tonight.

Coffee with oat milk x2
Cashew nuts.

Few cubes of cheese, apple with peanut butter.

Chicken pakora, salad. Grapes.

Lindt ball. Stole a handful lentil crisps.
Mint tea, lots of water.

B: Sausage, tomato, black pudding, beans, hash brown; cereal with banana.
L: Tomato, pesto and mozarella panini; ice cream.
D: Cottage pie, aubergine, tomato.

Coffee, tea, water.

Going to cinema shortly so prob some jellybeans as snacks.

breakfast - chicken pieces & coleslaw
lunch - 1/3 Rd of carton Bol high protein soup with slice of Jason’s sourdough toast
dinner - chicken chau main with spinach & endamame, Greek yog & berries

lots of water, couple of slimline tonics in the evening

Yesterday:

breakfast - decaffeinated espresso

lunch - pasta, chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, black pepper followed by a banana and some kefir

supper - Crosta and Mollica pizzetta Margherita with added jalapeños

Same again today, except I've run out of piccalilli and so it's pickled watermelon rinds with lunch.
Possibly there will be some chocolate digestives.

Marmite on tiger toast

Chopped salad (only so I can use my new grid chopper that I love) with chicken, crispy onions and sourdough crackers

Dinner will be harissa lamb meatballs, flatbread, salad, houmous and tzatziki

Disappointed in me from earlier in the week who didn't buy any chocolate biscuits for evening snacks

L: Massive bowl of porridge made with oat milk, with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, mixed seeds, chopped walnuts, peanut butter
D: Planning on a smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel, probably a cookie that my daughter has made at school today
Loads of water & tea

Tuesday was a full English breakfast plus the usual drinks.

Wednesday was beans and egg on toast plus the usual drinks

Both days I had snacks of crisps and biscuits.

Today i have eaten raw vegetables (carrots, celery, sweet potato) while doing dinner prep and a slice of buttered malt loaf.

Dinner today is a lentil and sweet potato Curry which will be served with rice and naan.

Drinks as usual, mint tea, black tea, sparkling water, almond lattee.

Brunch I had another mezze plate..obsessed with these at the mo!
Hummus, tzatkiki, feta, beetroot, homemade cold ratatouille, olives, spring onions, carrot sticks, cucumber and pitta! So good 🤤
Dinner was scampi (wholetail? Tasted very processed to me!?) with homemade tartare sauce, sriracha and lettuce.
Jordans apple toffee bar
2 glasses white wine

Cheerios and mixed nuts, with semi skimmed milk.

Cookie
3 bebeeto straberry straw things
Handful of mini cheddars
Chicken, roast potatoes, peas, mashed veg, yorkshire pud and gravey.
5 pints of hot water.

Lunch: Spicy bean & cheese wrap
passionfruit & mango yogurt & an innocent smoothie
Dinner: chicken breast, crispy potato slices, coleslaw and salad
small bar of dairy milk when watching tv

A bowl of full fat yogurt with chopped apple in it, drizzled with that squeezy Whole Earth peanut butter

Chickpea and veg curry (homemade) with aubergine pickle and raita on the side

Nine cups of tea (although I’m about to make a tenth before bed)

A Diet Coke

Breakfast: Bowl of gf cheerios (Tesco own brand) with oat milk
Brunch: Two slices of gf toast with baked beans and two fried eggs
Snack: Two cream eggs and cup of tea

Lunch: Fried chicken wings, prawn spring rolls and chicken pad Thai. Two glasses of apple and mint juice
Dinner??: A packet of cheese crackers and cup of tea

L: Black bean chili with brown rice, ham
D?: Biscuits (a lot), satsuma.

Coffee, tea, matcha latte, peppermint tea, water.

Porridge with ground seeds and nuts
3 egg omelette with mushrooms. Tomato, cucumber, celery salad
Stir fried chicken, mange tout, peppers, mushrooms, brown rice

Snack: peperami, 2 zero sugar digestives, a caramel wafer

Loads of tea and water

Breakfast: white coffee, one slice half brown half white bread with peanut butter and strawberry jam
Snack: donut and cinnamon coffee
V late lunch: two wraps with avocado, tomatoes, artichokes, tomato chutney, peppers and halloumi
Decaf coffee

Hummus, tarama, tztatziki, ratatouille, feta, bean salad, beetroot, carrots, spring onions, cucumber and roast potatoes and pitta!

L: Wrap with houmous, baked crisps, 2 x babybel

S: Greek yoghurt with berries, honey, seeds

D: Chicken shashlik, rice, chapati, saag paneer, poppadom

Drinks: 5 mugs tea, 2 litres water, 1 beer
