So glad to see everyone carrying this on. I've not been on here as my eating has been a bit chaotic lately, among other day to day nonsense, lol.

Yesterday I had-
Tea with 2 sugs and milk
Can of coke
A quarter of a piece of courgette and goats cheese tart leftover from night before
Half a piece brown toast w smoked salmon pate
Half a nature valley protein bar
A big soft cookie- oat and raisen variety
Three glasses white wine
Was going to have seabass for dinner but I cooked it and it smelled off 🙁 so just a couple of new potatoes and a spoon of home made guacamole.
A pistachio frappe latte from Nero's (nearly six quid?!)

Today had a tea and some cheese and onion crisps.
Having wine and cooking baked chicken with peppers, celery and carrots for later. Serving it with new pots and cauliflower.

Happy eating folks! 😊

2 sausages in some delicious warm soft focaccia with ketchup
2 coffees, a mint tea, water
2 eggs plus 2 extra whites scrambled with a few spring onions and grated cheese
A chocolate protein pudding
A few mouthfuls of my 6 year olds leftover tea.
A salad made of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado topped with a cooked chicken breast and smoked bacon, and made a warm mustard dressing in the pan I cooked the bacon in. Mayo also.

@Snowpaw I love focaccia! Did you make it? My mates dad used to make it on Sundays religiously every week in the 80s. I still remember the oil and salt and that lovely springy crust!
Some of the shop bought ones are really dodgy, haha!

That sounds incredible. Sadly I didn't make it - it was from Sainsbury's - their "extra special" (or something) brand, it really is good. Made a massive steak sandwich out of it the other day and it was heaven.

BobbyBiscuits · 31/08/2024 12:51

@Snowpaw ah, I'll have to try the Sainsbury's one. Your steak sandwich sounds awesome! Sadly my teeth are too pathetic to cope with steak in a sandwich, unless I use a knife and fork, lol x
