Curiosity only. I feel like it’s pointless getting a ticket but every now and then I like to daydream.

Don’t know why I put maximum amount, odd phrasing - should’ve said biggest amount you won

About £4.70
I've been doing it for years 😂

Partyatno10 · 19/08/2023 16:42

I got 4 numbers the first time I played - £80-90 ish.

icanbewhatiwant · 19/08/2023 16:43

£93 Smile

nadine90 · 19/08/2023 16:43

£30 from the euro's. I've won over £100 on the irish lotto

mittenandthekitten · 19/08/2023 16:43

About £3.20 lol it amazing me that apparently so many people win on a weekly basis- I've never known anyone to win living changing amounts and the lottery is going years lol

lemonyellows · 19/08/2023 16:44

I think I got £25 once. I don't bother anymore

Sherrystrull · 19/08/2023 16:44

£2000

TomatoSandwiches · 19/08/2023 16:45

1k

FerryPink · 19/08/2023 16:45

£5. I only play about twice a year though!

DriveMeCrazy1974 · 19/08/2023 16:46

£140 - that was with a lucky dip that I'd been given the draw before for matching 2 numbers.
With my own regular numbers, we've matched 6 numbers twice - unfortunately on our 2 regular (we've been doing it since 1994 with these numbers) lines, matching 3 on each and getting a total of £20, or most recently, £60 (the amount went up when the cost per line went up). I am still gutted about those 2 occasions but I 'know' that we'll match 6 in the same line soon! Well, I live in hope.
I just pray we don't have to wait until we're in our 80s to win the jackpot! Ha!

BatshitIsTheOnlyExplanation · 19/08/2023 16:47

4 numbers on the regular lottery when it first started. £65 IIRC

Notveryanything · 19/08/2023 16:49

£90 ish. Years ago (about 15 I think). I was beside myself with excitement and the man in the shop was very dismissive and SOAS it wasn't 'that much'. It was to me.

I do the lottery a lot and always think I am the least lucky person in the world.

Notveryanything · 19/08/2023 16:50

No idea what SOAS is.
I meant 'said' obviously.

Approaching · 19/08/2023 16:52

About £20 once.

A friend won £20k. An extended family member won the jackpot as part of a syndicate very early on, I think she got something around £150k.

Devilsmommy · 19/08/2023 16:53

£93 once last year. Been doing it years and that's the only time I won🤨

Overrunwithlego · 19/08/2023 16:54

Me - £20

A friend - £3.9 million

2023forme · 19/08/2023 16:56

DSis got 5 numbers once and thought she’d be retiring - sadly lots of folk did that week too so she only got £800 ish. I’ve had a couple of tenners but that’s about it. Don’t play regularly. Monthly direct debit to people’s post code lottery (£12 a month) for about 2 years and have won 2x £10. So rubbish really.

lizzielizard · 19/08/2023 16:56

I won £64 on the very first lottery in the UK. Must have been about 30 years ago. After that the odd £2 but I don't play much now. 2 or 3 times a year!

Toddlerteaplease · 19/08/2023 16:56

£10

doroda · 19/08/2023 16:57

About £150. BIL won 20K

Allmarbleslost · 19/08/2023 16:58

teaandtoastwithmarmite · 19/08/2023 17:01

teenagetantrums · 19/08/2023 17:05
