I just came here to see if there was a thread about this, what a pair of absolute pillocks!! She wanted to give birth on a beach, she sounds incredibly selfish and one sighted without much consideration for what is best for either of her children. The fact that they now expect help and sympathy beggars belief!

I was just reading that. I was wondering if it was a ploy to get duel nationality for the baby and it’s backfired spectacularly.

She flew at 35 weeks, so potentially intended to have been away from her other daughter for six weeks while they waited for the birth to happen naturally. The mind boggles.

Just read this and thought how bloody selfish, it's their own fault they are in this mess. The poor 8yr old at home missing her parents, missing out on the first months of her sister, all because mum wanted to give birth on a beach?!

Pretty irresponsible parenting. They were lucky there were no emergencies during the birth. They've left their 8 year old temporarily without parents because of their own stupidity, but they could have left her without a mother at all.
