Taylor codes- Are you ready for it?

Just starting a thread now in case codes start coming out at midnight or something crazy! I’m already nervous, can’t imagine what it’ll be like trying to get tickets!

When people start getting codes, update and let us know when they arrived and how you got them?

I'm not sure how they can do this in retrospect but it seems they are trying to say that the tickets can only be used by the credit card holder. Does she have a debit card that can be used?

No, it's just bitter shit stirrers on twitter. As long as you don't buy from resellers you don't know who might not transfer the tickets nearer the time you'll be fine, they have confirmed this.

Argh it is through AXS that DDs friends code is for so probably could have just bought the tickets.

Am hoping it works at 1pm as they don’t want the Saturday night as too near the final A Level exams

For those who have managed to get tickets, did the packages sell out quickly?

My brother has a code and we are wondering if it's a better strategy to just go straight for a package deal rather than just a ticket.

@FuckoffeeBeforeCoffee i looked at the tickets for Liverpool today and your couldn’t get standing but could get the package with standing tickets! For £300

We got the 'are you ready for it package' at Wembley, cheaper tickets already sold out. We were originally 3200 in queue. I think a cheaper package had sold out, didn't check the most expensive package though. Good luck everyone

Do you have a part counting down in the waiting room @IDidNotSignUpForThis ? I'm using my ipad and have a countdown part saying 10 minutes or so.

Then when it does get to 1pm I think you need to put in the code (you'd think I'd remember from 11am) and then it has a status bar - it doesn't tell you what position in the queue you are.

Then it lets you in and you continue to hope

I thought the same as you @IDidNotSignUpForThis when I did it yesterday. I didn't think it was hugely clear to be honest.

Even now I'm a bit confused by how much I've actually paid

I sent a paypal pyment of £621. I had £15 balance, sothat reduced it to £606. Yet when I checked my bank Account, it told me that I'd paid AXS £572!

I assume the discrepancy is I added on the ticket insurance, but its all a bit strange.

I panicked. I was going to use DD's bank card but the code was her friend's code so I got worried that because the payment wouldn't be made on her friend's card that it wouldn't be all right and they could be turned away. They would both be there but I can't work out whether that would be all right or not. So didn't go through with it.

You can purchase with a card that doesn't match the name on the ticketmaster account that's fine. It's just the card must match the photo ID of one of the group on the night of the concert.

I’m sure lots of us are mums buying for our daughters but I have seen posts saying the account/ credit card needs to be in the name of the person attending. Help! Will thus be a problem? I could give my daughter (17) my credit card/ phone/ email etc- I can’t now change the account name etc as the vide is linked to my account (AXS) and she doesn’t have a credit card. Please advise!

Only the payment card needs to be in the name of the person attending not the name on the ticketmaster account.

You did not enter the waiting room. You need to refresh that page and then join the queue.

What an absolute joke. This time I managed to get 4 tickets in my basket but when it asked me to sign in again to check out, it wouldn't recognise my password and just said invalid login credentials. I reset my password - twice! - but still no joy and I timed out.

Can log out/ log in fine on the AXS website now though so not an issue with that.

Where did you go for?!

I had the choice of block 1 @ £170 or block 5 @ £130. I wasn’t expecting a call so DD had to get the map up on her phone and figure out which seats were best.

We went with block 1 so DH and I have got a wheelchair and a carer seat in the back row and then DD and her BF have got the two seats directly in front of us.

The carer ticket was obviously free, so that takes the sting out of it a bit! The added fees are ridiculous though.
