Just starting a thread now in case codes start coming out at midnight or something crazy! I’m already nervous, can’t imagine what it’ll be like trying to get tickets! When people start getting codes, update and let us know when they arrived and how you got them?

People who’ve been taken off the waitlist and offered tickets, is it for any show you want (for the area you chose) or is it for a specific date still?

My friend was taken off the wait list for Edinburgh and it was just for Edinburgh only

I'm in a waiting room I think, but it also talks about being assigned a queue number when the waiting room opens, so I'm not actually 100% sure!

I am now on a page telling me I am in a queue but no queue number. Part of me wants to refresh it but I am concerned if I do I will be thrown out never to get anywhere so I am just letting it sit there.

Am trying to treat this as a warm up for trying again at 1pm!

Sorry a tad dramatic 🤣 If you refresh it you’ll go to the back of the queue. AXS doesn’t show what number you are, it only has the moving bar. When it’s all blue it’s your turn and it will redirect you to the site.

Well, I'm in (Wembley) but couldn't get 2 tickets for anything under the £300 a ticket package which I don't want to pay, so will try again at 1pm.

I found with AXS yesterday that the blue bar moved quite quickly at some points - whatever you do, don't refresh.

If you’ve been identified as a bot use your phone and put it on 4G. Weirdly I found the queue moved faster on 4G anyway!

I panicked. I was going to use DD's bank card but the code was her friend's code so I got worried that because the payment wouldn't be made on her friend's card that it wouldn't be all right and they could be turned away. They would both be there but I can't work out whether that would be all right or not. So didn't go through with it.

Need to decide what to do at 1pm

@Mydogisamentalist Thanks - I'll try that this afternoon. How ridiculous - what must have been my bot like behaviour was furiously trying all kinds of ticket/ number combinations to see if anything was available!

I was 3900 in the queue for Liverpool. Couldn't get any tickets (apart from £600 ones! No thanks!). Thought I'd be certain to get some but no... will try again later.

TM and AXS there will be a chance to transfer or sell through official channels beforehand, the only risk if you buy from one of the reselling sites that don't directly deal with it all for you as the seller could decide to not send you the tickets. I highly suspect its bitter people on twitter who havent got tickets who are misinterpreting as the same happened after the hospitality sales at the start when they said they'd all be cancelled.

I’m sure lots of us are mums buying for our daughters but I have seen posts saying the account/ credit card needs to be in the name of the person attending. Help! Will thus be a problem? I could give my daughter (17) my credit card/ phone/ email etc- I can’t now change the account name etc as the vide is linked to my account (AXS) and she doesn’t have a credit card. Please advise!

No, it's just bitter shit stirrers on twitter. As long as you don't buy from resellers you don't know who might not transfer the tickets nearer the time you'll be fine, they have confirmed this.

I'm not sure how they can do this in retrospect but it seems they are trying to say that the tickets can only be used by the credit card holder. Does she have a debit card that can be used?
