Did you listen to the actual tiktok? I did (on silent with subtitles) and even without hearing the tone, she did not come across as someone whose heart wasn't in it but playing along to keep her job. Calling the girls' views despicable etc.
I'm a teacher and I hate how harmful the ideology has become, but my school is mega woke. I toe a very careful line, I know how hard it is. I'm very careful with my words when these sorts of topics come up. My sixth-form form group, for example, probably guess what my views are but only because I'm so careful with my words and only answer these sorts of questions in a kind of careful legalese. I would never be ashamed of any secret recording of anything I say. In a job like ours you can't afford to be unguarded.
(I will say ofc that I think state school teachers are vastly underpaid and overworked considering the expectations on them. So in that respect yes I feel a baseline sympathy for her)
