Godzillaisjusthangry · 01/04/2023 08:32

The daily fail have really gone after Thomas Cashman's partner in the paper today, painting her as a gangsters moll.

Do you think she really knew what he was up to? What's the feeling in Liverpool towards her?

AIBU to feel sorry for his kids and wonder what kind of life they will have now? his son and daughter are also victims in this horrible tragedy now. It's so sad.

Do you not think it would give reason as to why they were on her street, if the man she was sleeping with was running from someone?

Joseph nee was at Timothy naylors house on the day/afternoon of the shooting. Timothy lived at finch lane at the corner with kingsheath ave. kingsheath ave is where Olivia lived

if you were being chased by a man with a gun, you've got to run somewhere and as youre on the corner youre as likely to go left as right?

There’s something not right about this case I’m not sure it’s cut and dried as seems.

when killing and drugs are involved, nothing is straight forward

Not right as in Cashman’s not guilty?

Parsley1234 · 22/04/2023 17:25

@Mirabai who knows but it’s not what it seems I don’t think

BMW6 · 22/04/2023 17:31

FFS why so coy? All this nose tapping "I know better" shit is just attention seeking bollocks.

Say what you think about something or say nothing at all.

Parsley1234 · 22/04/2023 18:02

I don’t know anything but I just feel there’s more to this than meets the eye it’s not coy it’s just a feeling

Sarahconnor1 · 22/04/2023 18:06

Well the jury acted on evidence presented to them, and not a feeling.

Also cashman has chosen not to appeal his conviction, just his sentence.

Is he protecting other people, probably.

BMW6 · 22/04/2023 18:36

"Just a feeling"

What an absolutely pointless and facile waste of bloody space

LeamaeMarks · 22/04/2023 19:21

I’m of the same thinking it’s definitely not has cut and dried as it’s been made out to be and I don’t think we have really heard the last of it.
I am not saying he is completely innocent. But Merseyside police seemed to have built most of the case around the witnesss.
she was brave enough to testify against him but she come across awful at times the defence was making her out to be scorned woman she only solidified this by her answers I think there was more to her relationship with Thomas I don’t believe they only had sex 3 times.
As for the jury they wasn’t really presented with hard hitting concrete evidence. I think there is holes in the case.

LeamaeMarks · 22/04/2023 19:24

I also think the CPS went ahead with less evidence than they would’ve liked only for the witness. I don’t think the CPS would’ve had enough to charge Thomas Cashman. They got as much evidence as they could
Is Thomas Cashman would have got acquitted it would’ve been harder on Olivia’s family, then having no trial at all.

Parsley1234 · 22/04/2023 22:36

It’s not cut and dried atall more will come out about this case. There’s so many loose ends which resulted in a child being murdered the CPS and the police wanted a conviction they got one but it’s not the whole picture

Mirabai · 22/04/2023 22:39

Which loose ends? Do you have info via the Liverpool grapevine or is this wild speculation.

Antiquiteas · 22/04/2023 22:45

Fuck sake, are all these Cashman defender, ‘I’ve a feeling there’s more to it’ posters all the same person? Or are they the sort of mad twats who get hung up on male violent offenders?

Either way, I wish MNHQ would his can this stupid thread.

Her killed a child. In the eyes of the law, he did it. Convicted. Done. He’s not appealing that. If he’s such hot shit, surely he would as he’s a self-proclaimed big deal, so who would be be protecting?

He’s scum, born from scum, and will always be scum. Nothing more to say, really.

LeamaeMarks · 22/04/2023 23:12

Trust me, there’s lots of people on social media and other people saying the same, there’s great big gaping holes in the case, the public are not getting the full story, but I’m sure everything will come to fruition like they say everything comes out in the end. The reason I have doubts about the case is mostly because of the witness which a large majority of the evidence was built around. She and her partner linked him directly to the crime. I’ve listened to the court transcripts of her testifying against him and all I can say is I don’t believe her alarm bells went off more than a few occasions. she even said when are we getting to the good bit meaning Olivia’s murder like what the actual fuck
Saying she had strong girl code whist have sex with a men in a long tearm relationship saying she would look out for his cars regularly but it’s was hard to keep track because he would always be different cars. She even stated that she wanted more from him a meal or a hotel, a date night, but that didn’t happen. She even said that she thought she was pregnant by Thomas Cashman, which contradicts a previous claim that he couldn’t perform sexually, so that must be in the immaculate conception, she definitely has a bizarre obsession with him . In my opinion, she was unreliable and a liability
I am from Liverpool and myself I know her type I can see right through her

Parsley1234 · 22/04/2023 23:19

what struck me was the discrepancy over why the door was opened after hearing gun shots. It’s not normal to open a door in that circumstance what was said that it was the man of the house Olivia’s father who opened it to let Nee in. I’m not an apologist or fantasist there’s just a lot of holes in the case. I don’t need to listen to the whole diatribe there’s so much that doesn’t stack up and if you take everything at face value you don’t see that

LeamaeMarks · 22/04/2023 23:29

he has logged an appeal he wanted a retrial but was told that wasn’t possible his appeal is for his sentence to be reduced

VeryApple · 22/04/2023 23:31

God save us from "feelings" and "social media" experts.

Sometimes, it's really fucking embarrassing being from Liverpool.

LeamaeMarks · 22/04/2023 23:31

No Olivia’s mum opened the door Olivia parents are separated so they don’t live together the night before Olivia was at her dad house

What the fuck is going on with this thread? Full of Cashman defenders implying there's been some miscarriage of justice.

He murdered a 9 year old, you fucking weirdo freaks.

how adorable.

you're not saying 'he's completely innocent' but you seem to think he's mostly innocent.

once question:

who shot Olivia?

PogoThePunk · 23/04/2023 03:17

I don't believe either of those two sick posters have ' inside info ' on the case than I do.
It's easy to spout rubbish on a website.
All that matters is that an innocent beautiful child is dead and her murderer has been given a fitting sentence for it.
I also think that if her poor mother had been involved with any of them, then it would have slid out into the public somewhere along the line, because some money grasping lowlife would have been gasping to ' tell their story ' to the gutter press for a few pounds, which goes back to my first point that those two sick posters are just attention seeking fibbers.
To try and year that poor mother's reputation to shreds is despicable and a slur on that poor child's memory.
Some people are lower than a snakes belly!

I can't read into your post, not sure if you are agreeing with me or whether you think I am another defending TC

Just to clarify what I meant....

PP talked of feelings’ and ‘social media experts’ (as in those who are not experts and think they know better - but don't. )

I have added ‘and can see holes in a case that the CPS can't’ - meaning there are PP’s who seem to think they know better than the CPS (again who don't) .

Not, I know better than the CPS.

It’s probably his mates/harem/family.

They’re all ‘from Liverpool’ and are determined to defend the nasty cunt.

I hope his sentence gets lengthened. And the thread gets canned.
