I feel strangely pleased this morning to read that Gino is an accent-faking nobhead. I spent hours yesterday making his 'grandfather's authentic bolognese sauce' yesterday and it was absolutely shit. Tasted of nothing.

I agree with every word you’ve said. When it started it was something fresh and new, and I loved it despite only being in my early 20s. I’ve not watched it for years, and when I think about it, that must be since Phil/Holly became bigger than the show, and when Ruth/Eammon were sidelined.

The first time Phil and Holly did the whole hangover after the NTAs thing was hilarious, but how many years did they keep doing it? It got old very quickly.

As others have said it does look like there’s something going on behind the scenes with the way they’ve slotted this new guy in this week. They’ve never done this -it’s always been a known name they’ve slotted in, perhaps bigger names have turned it down? Good luck to this new guy, but for his future I hope it isn’t a poisoned chalice

I liked Richard and Judy. I watched them through being a student and having young dc and they were great company to me, like being with friends each day. Since they left it's gone downhill content wise and 50% of it is ads and competions and the AWFUL fashion segment. Phil and Holly really don't seem to gel with today's audience judging by the many threads on here.

Loose Women is a cringefest with the whooping audience and smug presenters. How on earth is it still going? Who wants to see smug overpaid women regurgitating topics and going on about themselves and their lives?

BBC have it right in the mornings. A range of interesting shows. I enjoy HUTH , Crime Watch, the romance scam show, the insurance fraud show, Heir Hunters and Wanted Down Under (although HH and WDU seem to have disappeared). I actually record BBC morning shows to watch at evenings and weekends. I also record Jeremy Vine to skip through.

I think ITV should scrap Lorraine through to Loose Women and put on some decent documentaries and movies instead.

She must have something on ITV bosses. I will never forget years ago when she had done 50 million years on TV or something, and every single morning for a week they did a 15 minute or more slot about Lorrane. Not news, not current affairs... just 15 plus minutes on a presenter who gets paid zillions for silly giggling.

I know a regular guest who comes on to This Morning and they're not a nice person at all.

My DH puts this nonsense on. I prefer the radio. I am not interested in £1000 competitions or the 'huge' ones. I used to like the book segment from Richard and Judy.
I tend to watch Stephs packed lunch now. And I absolutely hate the programme 'Lorraine'. Every sodding magazine has her on the cover or in the rag (ditto Joanna Lumley, Twiggy and Claudia Winkleman). She wears clothes badly. I have no interest in her latest diet if that's the result. Ringlets on a 50+ woman? No, little girls or dolls only. Barrel curls are ringlets in my book.
I am getting old and grumpy, I'd rather re watch Frasier or a politics channel.

I think that was just a nasty rumour the press ran with to explain her tremors. Probably because she didn't talk about whatever health issues she was having (she was having time off the show too).
