Randoms using my wheelie bin for their dog shit!

I'm fuming. Put my wheelie bin at the top of my driveway last night for collection today, it's fairly full so the top is slightly open. Just went out this morning (it hasn't been emptied yet) and noticed someone has placed two bags full of dog shit in my bin on top of my rubbish bags! AIBU or is this absolutely disgusting? I don't have a dog and I don't want dog shit in my bin.

I don’t know why you think ‘policing’ is such an insult really? I have participated in two threads where I saw nasty, bullying online behaviour. I called it out. Interestingly, a pp who was setting herself up against me on the other thread has been repeatedly deleted - not reported by me. So I guess I’m not the only one who found it obnoxious 🤷‍♀️

I posted above saying that I regularly walk by 50 bins on bin day and would never put my dog's shit it.

Well guess what, it's my bin day today. Put it out at midnight, went to add something to it at 8am, opened it to the smell of dog shit as some filthy moron has put their dog's shit in it.

This is NOT OK. My bin stinks. I have fished it out and put it in a public bin (which dog shit is allowed in) that is about 20 metres away. Whoever did this is lazy and very stupid - there's a public bin FGS!!!!!!!! When the bin men empty my bin, I'm going to have to wipe my bin out as the moron didn't even have the decency to lay it on a bag - they put it on the side of my bin. Why does my bin have to be clean? Well because when the bin men don't come, I take the bags out and put them in my car and take them to the tip. I keep my bin clean with all rubbish well bagged. It's my bin and nobody else should be using it. Fucking manky cunts.

I hate society. People just fucking take and use whatever they want, regardless. People who think it's a bin and being used for its intended purpose - well can I come round for your car keys and take your car - because I will be DRIVING it - you know, its INTENDED PURPOSE. Why not???

If you put your dog shit in other people's bin, you are a FILTHY MANKY CUNT. And you are a tiny part of the reason why nobody in society gives a shit about others. Why should I do anything community minded or give to charity? When today, society has given me dog shit. You may think that's disproportionate. But it all adds up. Why should I even pick up my own dog's shit when I get a parcel of someone else's stinking out my bin. If you know anything about picking up dog shit, you know that no matter how well you tie it, it still smells.

plus I have been and cleaned the inside of the bin, so that next time I need to load sacks to go to the tip, I won’t have to worry that the bags are filthy on the outside.

it’s astonishing how many think this is ok. That’s what makes me really angry. Think about who you are doing it to. It used to really upset my elderly mil when people threw bagged shit into her bin and onto her garden.

OP, you're right to be annoyed. I don't put my own dog's poo in our wheelie bin because I did that when we first got him and had maggots 2 weeks later. So what I do now is hide any late-night dog poo bags from the foxes and take it to a public bin next time I pass.

what I meant is that they could have laid their black bag onto my white kitchen bin bags - rather than shoving it down the side against my very clean bin interior. It would have been obvious that it was very clean. And so they made it stink of shit when I opened it and they also caused me to have to go and wipe the interior so that next time the bin men don’t come or I have excess waste, I can load it into my car without thinking the bags are grim.

or maybe, based on this thread, I should just put my excess bin bags in a random bin or go fly tipping. As at least I wouldn’t be leaving it on a pavement?!

The reference to the white bin bags - I meant that when you open a bin full of white sacks, it’s kind of bright, as they reflect more light. It was obviously very clean inside. I don’t give a fuck what colour dog shit bags people use. They mustn’t use my bin.
