Randoms using my wheelie bin for their dog shit!

I'm fuming. Put my wheelie bin at the top of my driveway last night for collection today, it's fairly full so the top is slightly open. Just went out this morning (it hasn't been emptied yet) and noticed someone has placed two bags full of dog shit in my bin on top of my rubbish bags! AIBU or is this absolutely disgusting? I don't have a dog and I don't want dog shit in my bin.

Well you're entitled to your opinion as am I!

I find it ridiculous that OPs ask an AIBU, which is frankly a non issue .... which is a bin being emptied within a very short timescale and then keep coming back like a petulant child, stamping their feet and saying "I know I'm right, so I don't care".

Now that's playground behaviour, if ever I saw it. 🙄

It was a mistake to post on AIBU, but the OP acknowledged that.
My reactions wouldn't have been the same as hers but that doesn't deny the fact that she has a valid point.

By contrast, my responses to you are to try to get you to see that dancing about in excitement when an OP is getting clobbered isn’t really a good look, I guess in the hope you won’t do it again? It’s bullying and it’s nasty.

Absolutely ridiculous! It's a bin! Mine gets filled with nappies, catheter bags, gastric drainage bags, used catheters..... mountains of medical waste and my own dogs poo!

It's a bin for disposal! Plus it was just about to be emptied.

If I had a dog poo and was I the middle of a walk and your bin is out on the road for collection....my dogs poo is going in it! Along with my sweet wrappers, snotty tissues and coffee cups.

Get a life and find something important to stress about if stressing is what gets your rocks off!

I don’t see why you think OP will be upset by a few notifications- if she checks then she’ll see some of us are sticking up for her 🤷‍♀️ Bit odd for you to suddenly be concerned about that.

I've just walked through the short cut to our local shop, one of the neighbours was wondering why there was water in her dustbins by her garage at the back of her rear garden. As she tipped the water out so came poo bags in the water and her bins stunk. Dog walkers frequent this cut through.

She's off telling someone else on another post off now. She's the Mumsnet 👮‍♀️.

It's a bin, waiting to be emptied and an extra bit of rubbish going in it. Hardly the biggest issue in the world.

Someone stuck a poo bag in my wheelie bin a couple of weeks ago, after it had been emptied and I still couldn't get worked up about it. Better than someone leaving it for others to step in.
