How many more of these sick people will use this pretence?

So yet again a man who has attacked girls has used the 'I identify as a woman' as a way of minimising sentence, an excuse, attempting to gain access to women and girls, or whatever reason he (I refuse to call it a woman) and he has to be pandered to because .... well everyone can self identify now and well TWAW.

We never used to have this mess. There have always been a small number of individuals who would feel differently. Now there appears to be a growing number of men who identify as women who are sex offenders.

How many more will use this sick pretence?

Should we accept this man as a woman?

Or am I being unreasonable and say there needs to be more checking before we blithely accept every man that says he feels like a woman now?

What do you think?

A sex offender using the I'm a woman now .... I won't post links to others but there are lots and a growing number of men who use this line after being caught.

I agree, yet many seem to advocate for this type of thing. You MUST call her a woman since SHE says she is. Yet IT rapes women with it's penis. It's a man.

I feel outrage for women and particularly for his victims who have to refer to him as her with a penis. Total MADNESS.

Regardless of what they ‘feel like’, it shouldn’t minimise the crime or have any result of the sentence. A crime has been committed. Full stop.

its almost ironic that, for years women have been fighting for equal rights - pay etc,and we’re closer than we’re closer than we’ve ever been, and men are using it for their benefit.

I agree, OP. It's a scary situation when a rapist can say "I'm a woman" and be let off his crimes or be placed in a women's prison.

Please don't dismiss this. It's a man using the trans argument. Why do some just dismiss this. Crimes are being committed and because the man says he is a woman we are not allowed to discuss and it is dismissed as a trans thread.

So along come the handmaidens and get a perfectly reasonable concern dumped and hidden in a corner of the site. Why cover this up? It's a growing and real issue? Let's not ignore it!

The article says they are being sentenced and will serve in a male prison.

Sex offenders need to be sent to the prison appropriate for their born gender. Only doing that will stop the nonsense of sex offenders thinking they can be let off if they claim to be trans.

Indeed.

Women have fought for their rights and some men can trash that. Others come along and say 'nothing to see here' or 'another trans thread' and ignore the situation and concern of others.

Exactly. It's madness that is enable by some men and some women.

Until we open our eyes and deal with this type of use of trans by predators then a growing number will use this and get pandered to. He is not a woman.

I am hoping in years to come some will hang their heads in shame for allowing this madness. Hopefully they will wake up and see it for what it is. The poor victims have to refer to this rapist as a woman/she/miss. Why are we told to pander to these vile men.

A man has raped a vulnerable woman, immediately after leaving a four year sentence for raping an underage girl. He claims to be a woman and his poor victim was forced to hear him referred to as "she" in court and to call him "she," when giving her evidence.

This is a travesty and a disgrace and has doubtless increased her trauma.

And all you can come up with is that?
