There really isn’t.

Mancs have the same mix of attributes as pretty much any British city.

There is however, a certain middle aged cohort who think it is special because between 1978 and 1990 it produced a handful of decent bands, yet little music of note since.

It’s the humour mainly…nowhere, but nowhere in the world have I found people to be as funny, witty, dry…scousers are a good laugh too, tbf
