The all encompassing anger he obviously feels towards the Tories and what they’ve done to our country, was something I feel so strongly too.

I found it so refreshing that someone in UK politics, who regardless of whether you agree with his politics or not is undeniably principled, has finally spoken out in this way

I agree with every word he said there.

MaybeSomeDay7 · 18/10/2022 20:15

Me too.

lannistunut · 18/10/2022 20:16

I watched it and agreed with him.

Anger is sometimes the right response - and it definitely is the right response to what the Tories have just done to us all.

FayeGovan · 18/10/2022 20:17

Me too

I know we have our issues in Wales and I am far from a labour supporter but where we are currently in the UK is more than politics it’s about humanity. Today he made me have some hope that there are still some politicians who genuinely care about what’s happening to normal people in the UK.

Agreed; and it's even more powerful coming from someone like Drakeford, who is usually incredibly calm and measured.

pumpkinpink · 18/10/2022 20:18

He was brilliant! It's made me proud to live in Wales and be an honorary welsh person Wink

DontSpeakLatinInFrontOfTheBooks · 18/10/2022 20:18

I agree completely with him.

2pinkginsplease · 18/10/2022 20:19

If only every politician was as passionate as him. Our country might be a better place.

poor guy, I felt for him,

gendercriticalcomingout · 18/10/2022 20:20

Wow. I'm not in wakes but it is great to see a politician with principles.

gendercriticalcomingout · 18/10/2022 20:20

poor guy, I felt for him,

You’re joking
he was bloody terrifying with his lockdown glee

we don’t have anyone decent across our nations. It’s actually really sad.

Brigante9 · 18/10/2022 20:22

I thought he was totally justified.

kerstina · 18/10/2022 20:23

It's so good to see an MP speaking from his soul.

Jellykat · 18/10/2022 20:30

He was spot on, and it was so refreshing to see him let rip like that, fair play to him!

Flowerfairy101 · 18/10/2022 20:30

Me too @pumppumpkinpink

Great to see this and oh so sad at the same time.

StarbucksSmarterSister · 18/10/2022 20:33

He was brilliant- and absolutely right.

Guavafish1 · 18/10/2022 20:34

The Tory party don’t care…

I’m sure central office has probably asked all their MPs and members to blame everyone else! Say it some many times/repeat… might seem real or confuse people.
