OK, not to my face. But following the non-binary Joan of Arc play they’ve shared a ‘terfs stop being transphobic challenge’ referring to anyone who doesn’t believe in gender identity as a bitch.

It’s a shame. I’ve been to some amazing plays at the Globe. But they’ve made their position on feminists pretty clear, so I won’t be going back.

Sorry but you are very confused. The word bitch was not used at all in her post, nor was it referenced and it is very clear in her post and all posts responding to me that she is legit objecting to the poem’s very first word which is in fact “terfs”

Great you can be our 3rd founding RUF member. Yes, we think trans “third” spaces are something both sides should accept. Where it can be done, ie a womens prison complex there should be a self contained, separately secured wing or block for transwomen. Since the TRA claim is that TW are more likely to be assaulted in prison than to assault other women prisoners, it’s for their protection. Their safety is of the utmost importance. The same applies for TM in mens prisons- their own wing/block safe space. No one should feel under threat while serving a custodial sentence.

For toilets, I was just thinking the ideal would be lots and lots more private parent & child loos with nappy stations. Let’s keep children away from all other adults for their safety (so TW don’t feel targeted). This also means no Dads trying to use nappy change stations or taking tiny daughters into any womens loos (since TW are equally fearful of men as women are).

Encourage parents that lone children or siblings can also use these parent & child loos independently until age 18.

Then have “all women” loos for anyone TW or W to use. And “female only loos” for no TW which are necessary due to protected beliefs of GC and perhaps certain known religions which do require female modesty- another protected belief. Repeat on mens side- all men and male only.

To clarify, recognise some prisons are too small for this, but as the trans population is a minority and generally law abiding then trans prisoners would only be sent to the larger prison complexes where these secure/safe wings blocks can be done. Relatives/partners of a trans convict imprisoned more than 100miles from home town/city could apply for modest visitor travel allowance.
