I'm mean, obviously, she's a crashing snob, and small-minded and ridiculously bourgeois...

But, the outfits. The exquisite enunciation. The way she batters Jerry and Tom down with a single phrase. Magnificent 😁

And her naivety is really sweet

Christmas has not been delivered.

YANBU. Im more Felicity Kendall myself but occasionally find myself searching vintage kafthans on eBay.

Her style was just amazing! The turbans. The kaftans. The way she said Jerrrrah.

She tries so hard and the others just take the piss out of her

I still can't bring myself to rely on a single festive online delivery because of that!!

When I was little I thought that she was what I wanted to be when I grew up. My Mum was very Barbara at the time.

Anyways, I've grown up to be a Barbara and not a Margot. Still love her though.

I liked her, absolute snob but deep down she did care about Tom and Barbara a lot.

I loved Margo too, very misunderstood, imagine having Tom and Barbara as neighbours, they weren’t self sufficient, always expecting Margo & Jerry to help them, provide drinks & dinner, I felt quite sorry for them at times.

Love her! And PK lives in the next village- I see her at the station sometimes

Margo is also very kind. She is aspirational, a bit of a snob and likes her home comforts. But she is kind and does help Tom & Barbara out. And they take the piss, but they love her deep down

I love the Christmas episode.

She had amazing outfits and it helped that Penelope Keith was tall and slender. She could wear anything!

during lockdown I got really into To The Manor Born. Every day at 5pm I'd town tools (emails) and follow Penelope Keith's adventures as the ousted lady of the manor. She was basically Margo with a less flamboyant wardrobe.

Margot was my nickname for a while ...i like to think i've unclenched a bit these days

She's so glam for just being at home all day. My WFH outfits are shameful in comparison.

I am sure she would have some good AIBUs
