She just seems so nice and unaffected, especially considering the amazing life and attention she’s had. Never seem to hear a bad word about her and she still looks good!
I just basically want to be her and have had her life 🤣

I really liked her Desert Island Discs interview.

She’s beautiful and seems lovely, but her very public support of poor male behaviour is a bit disappointing imo. Like yes, she supported JD with her truth during the trial, fine. But he hardly came out of that whole thing smelling of roses, so why she’d like to continue to associate herself with him/ romanticise him (in the interview yesterday chatting about him pulling diamonds from his arse crack) seems odd. She surely has far more appropriate anecdotes?
Then there was her support of John Galliano after his anti Semitic outburst .
Also posing for Lucien Freud who had some questionable attitudes towards women.
I was also surprised on the desert island discs podcast how unaccountable she seemed to be about being caught with drugs, and seemed to feel that the primary issue was the invasion of her privacy.

She's not perfect, noone is, but I do like her. She'd very professional and obviously loves and is very good at what she does. She seems very humble but secure in herself.

I think it is the fact she was just a child when she was scouted, she was only 14 and she was very, very exploited, and the fact she looked years younger than her age due to her build tipped into almost paedo territory. It was actually obscene some of the photos of her and she was just so young. I have a beautiful, very skinny 14 year old and it makes me feel sick to think of those disgusting vultures doing that to my dd. Or anyone's child.

I hope today you would not see a half naked child pedalled out to the world in the same way.

I think it is very sad even today as a middle aged woman of assuming some maturity she is still sharing naked photos, as if that is all she is. Like Britney Spears, same mold.

She’s interesting and has really lived her life and doesn’t seem a narcissist like many ‘celebs’.
she’s almost still childlike - a sort of Peter Pan quality to her which is quite endearing.
she looks like a blast who doesn’t take herself too seriously and like she’d be fun to hang out with.
I remember a story about a spat between her and Gwenth Paltrow . Two polar opposites it seems in terms of life style choices and attitudes. I know who’d I’d rather chat to about their life !
I didn't know she did a desert island disc - can’t wait to listen to it now !

Apparently she never said that. It was a qoute on a friends fridge to stop her snacking.

If you listen to her Desert Island Discs you will find that you are mistaken about her coining that particular phrase but I do get that it's very easy to stick that on her and call her a drug addict from up there in your ivory tower.

She absolutely said it, even if she was just coining a phase from a fridge magnet! It is now used in pro anorexia websites and is banded all over the world. It was extremely irresponsible of her, but hey who cares if it gets her publicity?

As a middle aged older woman you would think she would be trying to leave a better legacy than this, she is self serving at best and a total liability.

51 year old here - remember a very young and quirky Kate on the front of The Face the year of the Stone Roses iconic gig at Spike Island - I was there - she very much informed me and my friends in the late 80s/early 90s.

She is a stupendous woman - independent, effortlessly beautiful (no bloody surgery and normal teeth), once upon a time a massive party Queen and incredibly cool.

Kate over the likes of Kim K - every bloody time 🙌

Going by her latest parties (Yes we sadly live quite close to one of her houses) I wouldn't be SO sure she has totally quit drugs either.

I must say this is all very interesting timing with the launch of her 'healthy new wellness brand' surely some kind of joke no?!

On MN a grudge must held. No celebrity can ever be forgiven for anything at all. Especially ex drug addicts who have turned things around and got on with their lives.

I think that Kate Moss is interesting in the sense that she's a modern celeb who's managed to maintain some sort of 'mystique'. She's been in the public eye for decades but we barely know anything about her. She's not all over social media, rarely gives interviews and doesn't bore us with inane opinions. That's a rarity in today's celebrity culture.
