What time do you shower

Do you shower in the morning or night
I prefer night I have a much better sleep knowing am all clean for bed

In the morning because I sweat overnight

After a workout, whatever time of day that is (usually morning)

Evening shower. Wash the day's cares away.

I apply deodorant afterwards as it's apparently meant to work better at night.

Morning.

In the evening. About 8/9pm.

If I’ve worn fake tan overnight I’ll shower in the morning, weekdays before work about 7am. Or about 10/11am on weekends.

Morning. It wakes me up and I feel refreshed for the day.

If I have a bath (about 4 times a year) it is usually evening ready to wind down for bed.

Evening. Just heading there now and going to bed.

6am work days. Weekends, whenever I get a spare few minutes!

But I'm intrigued about the idea that deodorant works better at night. How does it know what time it is?

I swim every morning and shower after that.

Used to shower both when I worked in office. Need to go to bed clean but also hate putting on a crisp new shirt without showing first.

Only shower before bed now and basin wash in morn if necessary. It's kind of pointless before work as I'm splashed with dust/mud/water etc within the first hour.

Evening so I feel clean ready for bed. I'd have no chance getting my hair dry in a morning before work.

Usually get in shower between 10:30 and 11pm.

Evening, around 8-9, if I was to shower in the morning, that would mean getting up even earlier and I already get up at 6.30am😴

I shower in the morning as I sweat a lot at night so prefer to wash that off and feel fresh for the day. If I’ve been doing something particularly sweaty or mucky during the day I’d probably have a quick shower in the evening as well.

Always morning. Sometimes evening as well but would always shower again in the morning. I wouldn't feel fresh for the day otherwise.

If I've been working I'll have one when I get home from work in the evening. I'll always have one each morning too.

Both! Morning to wake me up and prep me for the day, evening to be clean before bed and do pamper routines.

Washing with a flannel in the morn is more than good enough if you're not a sweaty person. Although I wouldn't have agreed ten years ago.

Morning, always. I couldn’t imagine going to work without a shower.
