What time do you shower

Do you shower in the morning or night
I prefer night I have a much better sleep knowing am all clean for bed

Usually in the evening - I get dirty at work so like to freshen up. Although if I’m going out somewhere on my day off I’ll shower in the morning.

If I'm working it'll be the evening, I work with children so always end up covered in glue, paint or something. On the weekends usually morning.

6.30am every morning. Rarely in the evening unless it’s a heatwave or if I’ve been out for the day and then going out say for dinner in the evening.

Morning, can’t be bothered in the evening by the time kids are fed and in bed, kitchen cleaned, etc. I’m ready for bed by then! I don’t shower every morning though as not always time, but I’ll always have a full basin wash instead. Can’t understand people that don’t wash at all in the mornings after sweating, dribbling, sex etc. overnight. Ew. A couple of colleagues confessed the other day that they don’t bother washing in the mornings, not even a splash of water on the face. I wouldn’t feel clean for the day!

Yeah, I shower twice on non work days.

Seems pointless showering in the morn when you're torquing a truck wheel in the pouring rain an hour later. Or in the plant room in full protective gear on a hot day with sweat beading on your forehead and trickling down your back.

Prefer evening but have to in morning as well as I work out. I hate it as it takes up so much time & I can never properly dry my hair. I've tried washing my hair at night & not after I train in the morning, just quick shower for my body.

Off now to have a shower while chivving children to bed at the same time 🙄

Personally I like a shower in the morning - wakes me up and easier to wash my hair
and a bath in the evening - just to relax

I work part time
On my days off I shower every morning.
Work days (12 hour shifts) I shower before and after work.
I get very sweaty at work! 😂

First thing in the morning and again when I come off shift.

Morning, first thing after getting out of bed, even at the weekend. Sets.me up for the day. And is polite for colleagues and fellow commuters.

Both, I wake up sweaty and sticky regardless of if I've had an evening shower/ bath. And I like to be clean getting into bed, especially in the summer months there's no way I'm getting into bed sweaty.

Morning, if I had a shower in the evening my hair would be damp when I went to bed and I would have to have another shower in the morning so it looked ok

Pre covid, I generally did but since working from home I don't shower every day

I never have long showers, wet, wash, rinse and out. Do my hair in the morning, wash while conditioner is in.

6am work days. Later mornings on days off.
Then about 9/10 before bed.
