What time do you shower

Do you shower in the morning or night
I prefer night I have a much better sleep knowing am all clean for bed

Morning and night and sometimes in-between. It's 35c here and I love being clean and cool . In the Winter it's Morning

Yes! the twice a day showerers will be moaning about their fuel bills whist us grim stinkers will be able to use the heating for half an hour a day.

Entirely depends on the length of the shower, I'd have thought! Some people have much shorter showers than others. I shower once a day, but I'm quick and could shower 5 times a day and still use less water than some people I know who shower once.

Morning before work. I feel sticky and horrible without one in the morning. Plus I work with people and don’t want to be the smelly colleague.

Exactly all the twice daily shower people aren’t in there for half an hour each time if they’re anything like me. 😂

Pre children I showered in the evening, I found it helped me destress from work and gave me a few minutes of calm before having to mark/plan/prepare for next days lessons.

Now with toddlers and baby it's normally when I get the chance but I've found I'm showering in the morning more

Menopausal night sweat I can highly recommend a wool duvet.

I like the feeling of waking up cleaner if I have a shower at night. But don't often do it.

Shower every morning though.

I struggle with the thought of going to bed unwashed, I just can’t. I shower or have a bath every night, strip wash or shower in the morning.
And I change my bed every week (and iron everything!)
No hope for me I suspect!

Morning when I get up. I always have a bath before bed.
