I know and I was just thinking how incredible it is that the woman’s squad has pulled off what the men have failed to in nearly 60 years. Bloody brilliant. And I don’t even like football.

And yet the thread trending throughout the match was about Princess Charlotte not attending.

And can I just say how nice to see a crowd made up of so many women and children.

I don't usually watch but did happen to see this game! I was thinking it wasn't going to happen with some of what I saw in the second half. Glad we did it though!

Find it funny the men have been waiting for a tournament win since 1966 and the women pull it out the bag. Seen a lot misogynistic comments towards the team which is a shame.
