To wonder why William and Kate don't walk out of Wimbledon?

Why are they putting up with Kyrious swearing and shouting?

Would love it if they did? Also wish Novak would complain about it?

He is spoiling the final with his ranting and his commentary. Can't believe Wimbledon are allowing it?

Wish someone would grow a pair and put a stop to it?
Wish they would walk out with George.

What a hot-headed and nasty character. Do something BBC.

I did think his use of the F word wasn't appropriate......... It was very poor that he wasn't reprimanded on it.

It's all attention though, doesn't matter for some people whether it's positive or negative.

LadyKenya · 10/07/2022 19:30

Yabu. What about the other spectators? Do you think that they should leave as well?

MushyPeasPrincess · 10/07/2022 19:58

They will have known exactly what Krygios is like and still decided to attend with their son. Who are you to say they should miss out?

Duchess is Patron so expected there to present trophies etc.

At least Nick is interesting compared to Robo-jock.

DisgruntledPelican · 10/07/2022 19:58

What on earth should the BBC do? 😂

alphapie · 10/07/2022 20:01

I agree, they should leave whilst clutching their pearls. Can't listen to some swearing now can we

Spanielsarepainless · 10/07/2022 20:02

The BBC apologised for Knobhead Kyrgios's language at one point. I don't normally support Djokovic but would have supported anyone against that narcissistic, foul-mouthed bully.

daisypond · 10/07/2022 20:03

What do you expect the BBC to do?

Fuuuuuckit · 10/07/2022 20:06

The women can't wear coloured sports bras but the #2 is OK to swear on court, in front of potentially millions of viewers, in person and on TV?

TwoLeftSocksWithHoles · 10/07/2022 20:07

I think because the tube they plan to catch isn't due for another 45 minutes, and then there's the bus...

Iamblossom · 10/07/2022 20:08

@TwoLeftSocksWithHoles 😂😂😂😂

Crazykatie · 10/07/2022 20:12

There used to be a warning for an “audible obscenity” but now you can hear the F word and worse on prime time TV so what’s the point, societie’s standards have already slipped so far.

SnowyLamb · 10/07/2022 20:14

The BBC commentary was weird. Andrew Castle seems to actually be in love with him.

He said things like "I known his behaviour isn't ideal, but he seems to have a deep kindness within him" Hmm

IglesiasPiggl · 10/07/2022 20:15

I imagine the God-awful Krygios will be issued with yet another fine - they wait til after the match to dish them out. I don't really think it's the way of the royal family to make political statements like walking out would have been though.

user1473878824 · 10/07/2022 20:16

I agree with your point about him but they are there for the event itself they can’t just leave also it’s not really up to them, they’re not umpires, or the BBC, and you sound quite pissed.

girlfriend44 · 10/07/2022 20:17

So glad he lost.
Yes they should have done.

Is he all there. He never shut up?

Not fair on the other player or the crowd etc.
Can you imagine federar doing that.

He allegedly has well documented MH problems. He doesn't do the full tour as it effects him too much.

He has also self harmed according to the commentators.

Would you want your kids to hear it then?

Do you think his behaviour is nice?
Do you think it's fair on your opponent?

MarshaBradyo · 10/07/2022 20:21

I wouldn’t leave its not their job but Kyrgios needs some discipline

Nubbled · 10/07/2022 20:22

I couldn’t decide who was worse, Djokovic or Kyrgios. Then Andrew Castle starting talking and I realised I disliked him more than either player.

What on earth has it got to do with the BBC? They don't control either Wimbledon or the Royal Family,

THisbackwithavengeance · 10/07/2022 20:30

I wasn't watching it as was WFH on my laptop but DH was watching across the room. All I can hear was some mad man ranting so I asked DH why they were letting someone in the audience shout out like that. Couldn't believe it when he said the man shouting was one of the actual players.

IglesiasPiggl · 10/07/2022 20:34

MarshaBradyo · 10/07/2022 20:22

I wonder if they are nervous about criticising him if his MH problems are worse than is made public. It still annoys me though.

ChocolateCakeYum · 10/07/2022 20:35

Also wish Novak would complain about it?

Novak gives as good as he gets and is known for many a temper tantrum, smashing rackets and being thrown out of a grand slam for his behaviour.

Not condoning NK, he should pipe down, but let’s not pretend that Djokovic is some kind of tennis saint.

whynotwhatknot · 10/07/2022 20:36

yes andrew castle has got a ribbing for his crap about kyrgios he gets fined but nothing changes

and hes awaiting being charged back home for assault
