I'm with 3 Mobile, unlimited data. Was paying £24 a month but it's just gone up to £29 a month, SIM only. I can't afford this every month, I'm going to cancel it even though I know there will be a fee attached. I'm only in the contract until September so hopefully it won't be too high.
Just interested to know what sort of prices people are paying, I'd like something with as much data as possible as I use it a lot, minutes and texts are less important.

£6 a month - Plusnet

bloodywhitecat · 09/07/2022 21:49

You can definitely do better than £29 a month here

ThreeLittleDots · 09/07/2022 21:49

Talkmobile £5 per month for 3gb data and unlimited everything else. Link via Money Saving Expert. Giffgaff also good.

Crazymadchickenlady · 09/07/2022 21:50

£8 a month sky. Think it’s 8 gb of data which if not used get rolled into a piggy bank for when I need to use it. Have a look at the three app how much data you have actually used on average each month.ä for the past few months then you can see how much you actually need.

kittythames · 09/07/2022 21:50

£10 with smarty. Unlimited texts and calls and 30gb data. Plus it works in Europe for holidays etc at no extra cost.

Fakerecords · 09/07/2022 21:50

Bloody hell, I'm paying a fortune compared to you all!

Alphabet1spaghetti2 · 09/07/2022 21:51

Crazymadchickenlady · 09/07/2022 21:51

Sorry just looked and it’s £8 for 6GB. Got nearly 80 GB in my piggy bank though.

Fakerecords · 09/07/2022 21:52

Have you not heard of comparison sites?

You can see every available option in one place

NeedToKnow101 · 09/07/2022 21:52

About £6 a month with Smarty. 8gb or something. Much more than I use.

shouldbesleepingnotscrolling · 09/07/2022 21:54

£7 a month on Lebara. I switched from Vodafone and then found out Lebara uses Vodafone network and I haven’t noticed a difference since switching.

onmywayamarillo · 09/07/2022 21:56

3 mobile sim only £9 pm
12gb data
Free calls texts

ItsDangerousInKingsmarkham · 09/07/2022 21:58

£10 a month with EE I think. I never run out of data but DH has a £12 one because he uses more data and got an unlimited plan. Think his is Plusnet.

GoodJanetBadJanet · 09/07/2022 21:59

This is why I don't have a contract. I'm old school and get a pay as you go voucher from the shop once a month - depending on how much money I have spare either £5 or £10 top up a month!
Then buy one of the packages allowing you so free phone calls, texts and data for the month

OdeToSadDisco · 09/07/2022 21:59

£14 for unlimited everything with O2

GoodJanetBadJanet · 09/07/2022 22:00

So many free that should read

Happydays321 · 09/07/2022 22:04

£5 a month for 5,000 texts, 5000 mins calls and 8gb data, tesco mobile.

MumOfNowGrownupKids · 09/07/2022 22:05

£6 a month. Sky. Only 2Gb per month but I have over 100Gb stored in Piggy Bank and can roll back at any point. I can also up it to more than that for a month if I need to then pop it back down next month.

Malbecfan · 09/07/2022 22:09

£8.95 for 20GB data, unlimited texts and minutes with Talkmobile. It was £9 with half the data but as I've been with them for more than 2 years, they called it a loyalty bonus when they texted me last month. No complaints here. They use Vodafone's infrastructure but charge around a third of their prices.

TheFormidableMrsC · 09/07/2022 22:10

£7 a month, SIM only. 5gb data and unlimited calls and texts. Virgin.

Kayjay2018 · 09/07/2022 22:10

Voxi always have good deals including free social media data and with some plans other free things (no charge on data used for Amazon prime etc) as well as decent amount of data for a good price anyway

SpaceJam33 · 09/07/2022 22:10

Oh wow, I pay £42 per month… think it’s time to re-evaluate!

SpaceJamtart · 09/07/2022 22:12

£10 with superdrug, the data rolls over and its a lot better than I expected
