I don’t think I’d really think about whether they’d had a shower or not, to be honest. If I’m in bed with them and about to have sex, I’m past the point where I’m wondering when they last showered.

I will say as a man I would turn down a BJ of I was fresh out the shower/bath .

I might allow it it in the morning if I haven't been to the toilet since having a shower or bath.
