What is yours? And yes I know it's not an AIBU but posting for traffic is a crime I like committing.
Personally, I can't decide. Happy Valley was bloody brilliant and I loved Broadchurch, Shetland. I also love the more lighthearted Father Brown, Grantchester and Jonathan Creek. Scott and Bailey was binge watched with great joy.

Can you pick a favourite? Just one?

Love all of those, I think my favourite is Unforgotten

JohannSebastianBach · 23/04/2022 19:32

Scott and Bailey is my all time favourite.
Also loved Happy Valley.

Taggart was great back in the day when Taggart was still alive.

Line of Duty first and foremost. Missing is absolutely amazing of you haven’t seen it, especially the first series.

The Shadow Line

MurderAtTheBeautyPageant · 23/04/2022 19:49

Guess this one:

'Have you been stabbed, pet?'

(I saw someone describe this programme like this on MN once and it made me laugh)

GreenClock · 23/04/2022 19:51

Line of Duty
Happy Valley
Hinterland

ILoveAllRainbowsx · 23/04/2022 19:52

Hinterland, and the vastly underrated The Tunnel

MurderAtTheBeautyPageant · 23/04/2022 19:54

My personal faves are
Foyle's War,
The Night Manager,
Giri/Haji,
Miss Marple (Joan Hickson era)
House of Cards (it's more political I suppose)
George Gently

Vera. Also love Shetland as a big fan of Anne Cleeves (author of both the Vera and Shetland books).

Blossomtoes · 23/04/2022 20:08

Line of Duty
Unforgotten

Notdoingthis · 23/04/2022 20:13

Unforgotten (best by far).
Hidden (1 and 2 good, 3 less so).
Happy Valley.

I don't like the fast paced ones with less character and more plot like Line of Duty. I can't keep up!

Jimmyjabs22 · 23/04/2022 20:13

Love Luther, Cracker, Happy Valley, No offence, Mc.mafia and the fall.

SammyScrounge · 23/04/2022 20:16

Foyle'sWar.
Cagney and Lacey.
Scott. And Bailey.
Morse and Endeavour
